There was a handwritten sign on the thermostat stating occupants wasn’t allowed to turn it up beyond a certain temperature..

Great quiet location,very comfortable and homely. Had everything in the caravan that was needed for our stay. We would stay there again.

Caravan quite far from exit of caravan park. I do not drive and with young children it's a bit of a trek. Didn't seem to be consistency with cutlery or crockery. Lack of spoons for breakfast etc. One of quilts for single bed was a double, had taken single quilt cover

Caravan quite dated but it was OK. Nice main bedroom. Overall it was OK. Nice verander.

There was a few things I wasn't aware of (probably my own fault - possibly missed it when booking as I've never booked through the app before but didn't see anything in the caravan description) Which was the sheets & bedding not included so we decided to drive instead of taking the train. Plus wasn't aware of the extra £50 refundable deposit, which wasn't a problem and I understand why it's used but just wasn't expecting it. Only other downside was it is quite a walk to the main town, with a toddler in tow we opted on driving down and parking in the centre.

Nice clean & tidy caravan, plenty of room with pretty much everything we needed for a weekend away. It was easy to find, the reception were really helpful helping us get into the site. It had a lovely outdoor area with seating to sit and relax, was nice and peaceful with the quiet location. Added bonus that we found a travel cot provided in the cupboards as we forgot ours. We had a lovely stay and my toddler really enjoyed it.

Tiny second bedroom. Good for kids but very small for 2 adults. But this was ok for 1 night.

There is nothing to dislike.

This is a pleasant and cosy mobile home in the ideal location close to Skegness. Clean, tidy, and welcoming, it is fairly priced.

We arrived later in evening no map of site available so had to call as couldn't find the van but owner very helpful. Map of sitr on Booking.com would be great. Also no instructions of how to use things and we ran out of electricity. Did get sorted but uncomfortable fibding way around in the dark. Again did get sorted.

All facilities you need. Owner was upfront in information re what to bting etc. Location great not right t in middle of the hussle and bussle.

caravan was fairly clean just as others have said some things are worn ,Door on freezer drops every time you open fridge.taps in bathroom and kitchen brass worn off .Microwave bottom rusted,Didn’t use kettle or toaster as look well used .Bought a cheap frying pan as one in cupboard was old .Sorry I Don’t want to be too critical but if not mentioned owners can’t act

It was close to town ,decking is always good if the weather is nice .Quiet park comfortable roomy main bedroom.Didn’t realise when booking there was a fifty pounds breakages deposit

The information of getting into the site. We were unaware that we had a security barrier that the key fob was at the caravan, the reception wasn't open and we couldn't get any answers from the owner. An older couple fobbed us in and we then had to drive around and try to find where the caravan was on the site. More information on how to get in and out of the security barrier would stop any unnecessary stress and a map of the site emailing over to the customer so they know where the caravan is would be most helpful and a telephone number to contact immediately if there is anything wrong rather than going through the booking.com app's instant messaging service to which i got no reply when i needed to know how to get through the barrier.

the location was great and the caravan was excellent, clean, tidy and very comfortable i would use them again.

The only slight downside was the distance to walk out of the caravan site, as it took as long to get to the main road as it did from the main road to town centre. It was a bit of a trek with a little one in tow! Hopefully with the new developments in-site will come an additional path out!

The caravan site was lovely and quiet at night, no rowdiness at all. The caravan had a great shower and nice living room.

There isn’t much to dislike to be honest, just a few little touch ups that it needed but other than that I would definitely recommend and I’d stay here again 😄😄

very easy to get to and in a great location of everything you need!! Caravan was clean slept really well as beds were comfortable, great that it has the veranda for extra space for families and with furniture. 😄😄

Instructions for finding it, could have done with a better explanation of where on the site the van was situated. Instructions said follow another vehicle through the barrier, we arrived late at night, no one else was about !!

The only thing that we didn't like was the bin in the bathroom was full of rubbish. When we got in the van. But cannot blame owners as it's the cleaner that goes in who must have the job to clean van.
