The hosts were very friendly and made us feel right at home the second we walked in. The facilities are excellent and the room was very comfortable. Our only regret was not staying another night. We will happily stay here again in the future!

You will be stunned when you see how pretty your room is and you are RIGHT on the beach. Such a lovely accommodating couple. The place is spotless. You will enter as a guest and leave as a new friend. Lovely little pets too. No pets near your room but you get chance to make friends with the furries if you love animals

Jen and Iain made us so welcome. The room was cosy and warm (just what we needed after getting thoroughly drenched!) with a lovely comfy bed. The private bathroom with a super shower is right next door and is virtually an en suite.

Only cereal for breakfast and no cooking facilities so best to bring your own food which is fine with the shop so close.

I like the pet dogs and the location. It was clean and tidy. The supermarket is close by and the host is friendly.

Fantastic sea front setting, very comfortable with very friendly hosts. Lovely walk along the front to dinner in the Midland Hotel bar and breakfast in the Beach Cafe. Thank you!

Location was outstanding right on the beach promenade. Owners were great hosts and very accommodating. Felt very relaxed with a very much at home feel there. Were able to enjoy evening walks along the promenade to town restaurants. Breakfast locations were 1mi away near beach pier. Host allowed us to wash and dry clothes.

The location was lovely. The couple who owned it were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. We really felt at home.

.. .. Excellent stopover on trip down to S Devon, England. All the joys of Morecambe, but quiet. Close to Forest of Bowland, Arnside, and Silverdale. Easy to get to English Lake District, Sedbergh, and Furness Peninsula. Friendly, honest, straightforward hosts. Lovely black and white feline companion. Lively, but fun canine companion. Free, safe onstreet parking. Sea air. Views from lounge to die for. A chance to focus on the horizon after M6. ..

Jen and Iain were so welcoming that we felt really comfortable. Our room was lovely, and we slept very well. The property's location was ideal for our needs, as we were able to walk along the promenade into Heysham to visit family. I was also grateful to receive an email from our host with the fool proof directions to find the house. We would certainly hope to use this homestay, when we come to the area in the future.

The location and hosts are second to none, it literally is home from home. We will definitely go back again and highly recommend staying there. We even saw people swimming in the sea when we had breakfast in the lounge, it's that close to the shore!You really are treated like family
