Didn’t take into account that loud music would be playing till after midnight on Saturday night, which was my own fault. If I didn’t have to be up early for a conference, I would have been down there enjoying myself.

Whilst its location is very central, the lack of parking at the place was a bit inconvenient, although paid-for parking isn't far away.

There was a very friendly welcome and introduction to the place.

2 flights of steep stairs to the room. Narrow entrance thru bar to access bottom stairs up to rooms.

Bit noisy on the street at night, so not great if you want a quiet stay or you're a light sleeper.

Staff were lovely, great pub, very comfortable bed, right in the middle of town.

I had only thought there were one flight of stairs. Having to get up & down more was a big problem for me, they were very helpful both when I arrived & on leaving. I would have liked possible breakfast & couldn't find Pub opening times on this sight.///

Very close to the high street & B's museum was just seconds away. As was the river- great views, fish & chips & number of pubs or ice cream. In a good area to meander round. Even though it's central & above a pub wasn't too nosey.

Arrived to staff saying we had only booked 2 rooms but had booked 3 so immediately was feeling at stress. (This did get resolved) Shower temperature too hot and dial wouldn't work to turn down. Couldn't open windows as was hot in the room. Dial end feel off the shower. No staff to ask to fix the problems in the morning or a number to call. I think if there was just a number I think these minor problems could have been addressed.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The interior design was well thought out. Size of room was very good Overall a good stay.

Parking is in local council car park. Note it’s cheaper to pay overnight fee.Pay by cash or card.

Location in the center of town meant all facilities, other pubs restaurants,shops etc are all within walking distance.

shower door didn't shut properly so floor got wet after the shower as the shower had a great pressure! toilet seat was loose but minor issue

The shower wasn't the best, but it still worked and held its temperature well. There was no breakfast available at the hotel which was a shame, and we were also disappointed on arrival as we had contacted the hotel previously to request late check out and we were told this would be fine. However, when we arrived we were told it would not be possible to have late check out due to staffing levels. They did in the end give us an extra half hour in the room the next day but it was just disappointing that we had been told we could have late check out, but it was a different response when we actually arrived at the hotel. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was also great, just a 5 min walk to the river front and 2mins from the high street

We stayed in a family room. It was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean. It is in a good location- a very short walk into the centre of Bewdley. My son left his toy in the room and they very kindly sent it back to us - great customer service!

Limited places to park. Could do with changing the fan in the room as even with it on max speed you can hardly feel it doing anything.
