The breakfast was ok. Not many vegetarian options. Maybe I should have asked. There was a bit of a damp smell in the room.

The bed was super comfortable! In fact, I need to find out what mattress brand you are using.

Would have liked more lights & de misting mirror over the bathroom sink.

Very clean beautiful decor, my daughter & I loved the scent of lemongrass? in the reception area. Staff very friendly/helpful nice touch having your suitcase taken to our room. Breakfast was delicious particularly liked scrambled/poached eggs made to order.

I used the gym, which is very limited and not ventilated or cooled in any way. Far too hot for a decent workout!

All was as you'd expect. Room was quite nice, and very clean. A surprisingly popular hotel for diners in the evening, but the staff coped well and we didn't have any trouble booking a table or wait too long to be served. Food was excellent

Some reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Don’t order daily papers, Day 1, no paper, went to reception told we should have ask when we attended breakfast, we didn’t we had room service, paper couldn’t be found. Day 2, did go to breakfast found some else had claimed our paper and was reading it at b/fast, luckily he left it on the table. Day 3, outside our bedroom door with door number written on it…..this would have been the way we expected it every day!!! Menu stays exactly the same for length of stay, variety very limited, breakfast time, one coffee machine out of order, working coffee machine couldn’t offer certain drinks, due to required reloading, chef came in with more sausages, just tipped up silver serving dish into existing dish and splashed my shirt with grease. Coaster stayed on floor throughout our stay, we left it to see, it wasn’t left on the floor by us. Some of the hotel is tired and needs updating, furniture chipped in places, needs updating. We had a balcony, but sadly people smoke under the canopy entrance to hotel. All in all I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel in future.

We have been to this hotel several times, we like the walk to town and the park.

Very poor quality double bed. Uncomfortable, very thin poor mattress.

Excellent breakfast. Nice and clean. Helpful staff, who kindly arranged a move to a twin room when one became available as we were not satisfied with the quality of the double bed.

My room only had 1 bedside tables, there was no reading lights in the room only the ceiling light. The way the curtains were set up were not as anywhere else I had stayed there was a net curtains with a dummy curtain on the room side. When I arrived in my room after dinner I couldn’t find a curtain that could be close therefore had to get changed with the lights off. Only in the morning I found that the curtain that could be closed was behind the net curtain which had to be opened fully to enable the other curtain to close. Poor setup

One of the bedside lights wasn't working and despite reporting this, it wasn't repaired during out stay. Please be aware that most restaurants in the town close around 9.00pm. We were caught out on the first night of our visit!

Had a lovely stay at the Savoy Hotel. Much grander than I expected and everywhere so well maintained and clean. Spacious room with a view over the pool area. Delicious breakfast included. And the staff were so nice, with everyone we met being polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again and would recommend this hotel.

The bedside lamp wasn't working, an individual reading light would have been appreciated. Unfortunately our room didn't have full curtains, just side panels and a lace middle, which meant light came in throughout the night and flooded the room with light early in the morning

Not really things to dislike but the room was quite small and we felt space could be better utilised. We also found the mattress to be too firm for us. We thought charging for parking in the hotel car park was a bit unfair though it is cheap.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of St Helier. There’s paid parking available. The rooms and communal areas were well maintained and very clean. The breakfast offered a very good choice and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was above a noise that occurred every night - laundry room, perhaps? As well, there were various functions and you could hear the music from our room. On our last night when we had an extremely early flight home, it was the jazz night which was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep.

Lovely lobby and nice bar area. Restaurant was smart, too. Breakfast was good -: especially the carrot cake! It was fairly limited and got a little bit "samey", but it was nice quality food.

Carpet in bedroom was quite tatty with large iron burn but room was very comfy with well stocked tea and coffee.

Miserable waiting staff in the restaurant area. We were a table of 6 wanting to eat off the light bites menu and we got moved to 3 different tables before we were on one that we could eat “light bites” on (which btw is actually full meals)… the waiter was very miserable and made us all feel like it was a chore. The breakfast was great good selection and the bacon especially very tasty.the hotel had a pool that looked good but it was to wet and cold for our stay so maybe sometime again.it was 5 or so minutes from town. Enjoyed my stay and will come again..
