The facility was not neat enough, dusty and dirty. the toilet was smelly

the room was fair enough. the matress was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The bedroom had the basic amenities

Could hear water movements from rooms on higher floors (probably can't be helped). It's probably a little overpriced, but I'd stay there again.

Excellent location. Tea/coffee provided. Good selection of TV Channels Staff were very friendly. 1st Class.

On the first night music was being played all night long didn't have no sleep so wasn't happy then a few days later arm police out side due to people assault the staff what I take of it.... but other than that no Internet but what you asking for with that price

Didn’t have a great night sleep from shouting from other people until early hrs , then being wake up early hrs from screaming girls I believe it could of been the cleaners , so didn’t sleep great , place could do with a lick of paint and having some money spent on it , wasn’t worth the money , staff was very pleasant

Despite the building (it was evening when I arrived, inside generally doesn't live up to the external). There is an air of carelessness in the Foyer and behind the desk, discarded items. The feel was very much of a working man's rest place. Not of importance, except a slight feeling of a run down hostel, in the entrance and reception area. The shower was unusable for me, simply because the shower seemed unregulated! It was far too hot to use. I resorted to a towel wash, of which there was ample. The room was nice, if a tad tired. The bed however was really good. Really good, do thanks👍. It's in a noisy area. I was ok with it, but you don't feel safe with so much alley noise.

1. The bed was well made, despite a cigarette hole on the throw. 2. The linen was clean, and the bed comfortable. 4. Loved the room size. 5. The ensuite bathroom was better than ok. Pleasant enough. 6. Overall the facilities were good. 7. The Receptionist was pleasant enough, on arrival, then seemed to sense my ill-ease, and became supportive and warmer. Encouraging.

The carpet was yucky in certain areas. Our family room was stinking of cigarette smoke when we first went in. The shower had no proper thermostat so went only from hot to scalding.

No car park. No security. Clean room, but the way to the room it's dirty . Smell like cigarettes and marijuana on the commom places, stairs etc... People coming and going out from building all night, some guys selling drugs in corner of the builing . In opposite corner few womens selling pleasures . Not recommended for families with kids.

Everything, dirty, untidy, out of date milk on tea tray, well worn out, you had to wipe your feet on leaving the hotel. How this is allowed to open for B&B is a real mystery, oh by the way, no breakfast, and I'm not sure I would have had it anyway.
