The coffee at breakfast was not great, but the rest was good. Dirty mugs in the room were not washed/replaced one morning when the room was made up, but it was done on other days.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that they provided a requested downstairs room as we were concerned about my husband managing stairs with an injured foot. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was good. Breakfast was good with good service. Good location with bus stop right outside and 2 tube stations 11 minutes walk.

Room quite high up, had to walk up several flights of stairs but this was not an issue for my group.

Good value property in a good location. Room was adequately equipped and clean.

Good stay but there are better options same price in London with better customer service

The receptionist in the morning had a bad mood all the time. Every morning she was yelling at the other employees during breakfast, this was uncomfortable. She doesn't care about customers and all her replies are in a bad mood. Even for the checkout, she was not a little bit kind. In the breakfast buffet is missing apples or bananas, there are not fresh fruits and very few options for the rest.

The size room is good and the location was good The guy in the reception in the afternoon is very nice and customer focus

Sink did not work much. One guy at the reception was nice, helpful, the other one wasn't. Unfortunately the other one was during the afternoon, when we needed to check the sink. Also heater (hotel timing of heater) was not working one night. Hotel's area is under some reconstruction, so maybe when it is finished some aspects of hotel improve is well.

Nice good in Shepherds Bush area. Room was okay. One of the staff was very friendly. Room had a kettle, tea, cups, that was very nice. overall for London good value for money. And hotel was clean, that is very important.

The water pressure is not great but understandable since it’s such an old building I don’t think they can do much about that. Having a hand towel for the bathroom would have been nice and some little details like hooks for towels and better pillows would have improved the stay.

The room was good for a short visit, clean and compact. Good location too. The people were nice. Checking in and out was easy.

The hotel is close to the police and fire department and is very usual to hear the sirens all day and night. In some cases it may be annoying for some. At least in my case I had no problems sleeping (11 pm to 7 am). Also, a bit musty smell in the room but it disappears when ventilate it for a while.

Good location for shopping and easy access to bus and metro. Nice cafes and bakeries around, specially the Italian one (Farina and More)

Not possible to keep water in wash basin as plug was not fitted. It was one of those operated by a lever and this was not functioning.

Quiet room, no traffic noise, or from other guests. Close to both Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube stations.

The room was a little small, also no information about the breakfast location in the room. The hotel is made up of 5 houses, breakfast was in no 65 ai was in 73, didn't realise breakfast was an option.

Daily clean new towels. Location was good easy to find.

There was a lot of street noise. The hotel is located on a very busy road. So if you want it a little bit more quiet ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised about the room in this hotel. Room for one larger than most other hotels. Also a bigger bathroom/shower than most other budget hotels. Shower was excellent. Bathroom was clearly refurbished. The location is top.

I enjoyed my stay and will probably book a room for the next Book Fair.

I wish breakfast had started a little earlier. There wasn't quite enough time to eat and then get to the show by the time exhibitors were expected to arrive. I understand, of course, that my situation was probably not the common one. Also, a more convenient outlet for phone charging would have been nice. However, these are very small imperfecgtions.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Just what I needed after a long day at the Book Fair.

My only main concern was the door lock since it’s faulty and doesn’t lock right and had to keep a chair in front of the door since I was wary of people who could just come in and how there was no do not disturb sign , since I’m not a fan of hotel staff coming in as they please while I was out sightseeing since I’m wary with all my stuff there on its own .

I like how everything is clean , and comfy , the shower and bathroom was very nicely clean , would stay again

The room was beside road and not soundproof. So there was car coming all night, couldnt sleep. Also 3 rooms were so close, literally you could hear when other customers are going in and coming out. The sound and shaking of door was awful.

Great location. 3 tube station nearby, can go anywhere in London fast including Heathrow

Good location and price. The breakfast was nice, shower had good pressure and beds were confortable enough. It was a bonus that even though the reseption wasn't 24/7 we could still come and go as we wanted. The room was big enough for 4 people without having to jump over each other all the time.
