To be perfectly honest I don’t think we didn’t like anything the shower was a bit tiny couldn’t get two people in it

Location was very good close to town just what we wanted we didn’t try the breakfast as we were too hanging

The location was accessible both for the marina and for Hope Cove, the location I was visiting for a wedding.

The weather! It was blowing a gale and poured down with rain, non stop, for all but one of our days ! Of course they couldn't help that, but having a lovely room to chill out in meant we had a great time :)

Our second visit because it's so nice, comfortable, friendly, spacious, excellent view from the balcony.

The coastal waters Hotel was amazing value for money. The hotel was cleaned throughout, and the owner was amazing. I highly recommend staying here again when I visit torquay. My partner is fussy with Hotel, and he said he would stay again. The hotel was so quiet while we were staying here. The owner helped us make sure we found parking for our stay. He always greeted us by our names and always said morning to us. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is visiting torquay on hoilday or weekend away.

How friendly the family run b&b staff were, excellent communication throughout and made the stay feel extremely welcoming. The added bonus of having a safe and mini fridge were excellent and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Will 100% stay again, affordable and great value for money.

Location to town was exceptional. A mini amble down hill and you ate there and you pass so much on the way.

There's nothing we didn't like and I can genuinely say that not once did the four of us chat about 'what could be better'. My wife and I did however chat about our previous week's stay in Birmingham and how the difference was like like chalk and cheese !

We liked everything about our stay. Raj and his wife were exceptionally accommodating with all my requests, our visit was a special birthday surprise for my wife, it threw up a few difficulties with her not having to know her sister was arriving too. Friendliness costs nothing and we received that in bucketfuls. Our rooms were way better than expected, super clean and spacious. We had the super king room which has a nice balcony, you can, if needed, smoke out there, an ashtray's provided. The bed was very comfortable, the first time I've slept a whole night and not woken up. It doesn't say much about our own bed ! We decided to use the large, quiet car park to the rear of the Hotel, no great hassle at all and to make it even better we were given free car park passes to display for the duration. We didn't have breakfast but the room is very nicely laid out and airy. We didn't explore much so we'll be returning early next year :)

I can't think of nothing I didn't like everything was perfect.

It was a pleasant stay as I was there prior so I was always going to come back sometime a fantastic place,easy to get around bus stop outside hotel if needed to go further afield.

Obviously the location was perfect for the marina, bars, eating and shops. Very easy to get around and about. Raj was the perfect host. The place is clean and best of all, the floorboards Don’t squeak or creak, so the place is nice and quiet!

We received a lovely warm welcome from the owner Raj, who took our bags to our room and gave us a permit for free parking nearby, which we were delighted with. We immediately made the brief walk to the harbour and began our short break. There are many cafes restaurants and bars very nearby and we chose to book a table for that evening at Amici, which proved to be an excellent Italian restaurant. Our room was spacious and attractive with a super king size bed, which was very comfortable; we also had a balcony where I sat for an early morning cuppa each day. The shower room was immaculately clean with lovely soft white towels. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice in cereals, toast, and drinks and a freshly cooked full English breakfast, with perfectly poached eggs. We stayed two nights and wished we had booked a longer stay as Raj and his wife show such attention to detail and work hard to provide everything for the comfort of their guests.
