Beautiful accommodation and friendly staff, I enjoyed my stay aside from the lack of parking and loud noise on Saturdays

There isn’t any specific hotel parking, only parking on the public street in front that has to be paid for every 15 minutes. Also the bar downstairs becomes a nightclub on Saturday and it was very loud in the bedroom.

Beautiful rooms and lovely cocktail bar downstairs

Starting to feel and look a bit dated and could have done with a bit of an upgrade with regards to appearance throughout. Quite a bit of dust laying around the room.

It was a cozy place that was very local to all that is needed the staff were very friendly and helpful and pointed us in the right direction whenever asked. Rooms were very warm and cozy which was brilliant for the cold spell at the time

It does say this upon booking - but it was a noisy night! It was busy bank holiday weekend in Belfast so the venue downstairs was open later than - it's quite funny how there are free ear plugs available - but better sound proofing of the rooms would've made this a really comfortable stay as the bed was great.

Great location & friendly staff on arrival. Very close to the Botanic Train Station so easy to get to from other parts of Ireland. If you like eating out there's lots of options nearby - had some great Vietnamese food just down the road. The room was a good size and gigantic bed!

Great friendly staff at the desk, bar and kitchen. Room was comfortable and clean, interesting modern decor all around the building. Expected it to be a bit noisy with the bar downstairs but was pleasantly surprised. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Re. Breakfast, eggs ordered were good. But charged extra for toast and Flora instead of butter. Waiter was a little abrupt but manager very friendly and helpful. Loved bar and ambience and quirkiness of hotel. Some of the finish in bathroom, room and elsewhere in hotel could do with a little upgrading.

The shower pressure was poor, however I was on 3rd floor. Although the late night access was very helpful, the door sticks and was very difficult to open.

Room was a lovely size and bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the late night access was very useful. the staff were friendly and helpful.

even though the rooms were updated they still felt old - they were given a face lift but not newly renovated. Location is not super close to the city center

Comfortable/clean room and bed, restaurant downstairs was great for food and drinks, staff was friendly and helpful, close to the university and a few restaurants/bars.

Breakfast was good but for the price I would expect Barista coffee instead of from a coffee pot but staff were excellent.

The bar tender Dylan, was one of the best I’ve seen, made the best cocktails ever in double quick time. The bar is boutique with a very stylish interior

I was shocked at the state of the ( don't know how to describe it !) opposite the reception desk. Even tho room was fine and the staff lovely, it was a real let down. A lovely Xmas window display and then this dreadful eyesore. !!!

    Didn't eat at the hotel.
