Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

A nice host, although very frugal. Clean, heating on, comfortable bed despite the wrinkled sheets.. A big advantage is the good price.

JerseyI was not advised of the process for picking up my key on arrival. After a little while waiting outside I was able to alert another guest who gave me the keybox code. I think another guest was given the wrong code, and I had to tell him the right one for him to be able to access his keys. On another occasion, I was locked out for a while due to an inner door having no handle on the outside (it had broken off and was on a shelf inside) being closed. I had to wait outside for some time - and with some anxiety - before a guest came down from her room and was able to open it for me. These two experiences were disturbing for me.

United Kingdoma dirty place with sticky carpets, dust, dirty linen, used towel and the old and used mattress Cold in the room, the wi-fi did't work same the tv no work I text the administrator and his answer was that some guests don't like the heat and that's why he turned off the heat at 11:00 p.m. That was in date of 16 february 2024

RussiaRoom was a bit dusty and bed linen seemed to be not really clean. Also it was extremely cold even with some heating on, but I guess that's the common problem in winter so it's not a complaint but just a piece of information.
Check-in process was quite easy, some tea/coffee essentials in the room were a good bonus. Bathroom downstairs was really comfortable and probably the best part of the stay - clean, no problems with hot water etc. It's a fair option for a short stay if you're on a budget.

United KingdomA Brazilian guy living in the front room I was disturbing him anytime I wanted to use the bathroom or kitchen sheets were very dirty carpets stained walls stained with food guy who lives in front room seems to sleep upstairs if room is empty I saw him and nobody changed the bedsheets after him I also had to help 2 guests to check in so I wasn’t the only guest haveing that problem as the owner janaice a Brazilian lady who owns the house kept screaming at me she had to leave her job to meet me she wouldn’t stop shouting at me outside her house on arrival how rude this property is CHEAP for a good reason the house is very dirty I slept in my clothes and kept the key in the door and couldn’t wait to leave
