For me, every thing was fine, but if I was with a friend, the bathroom position, being in the master bedroom, may be a problem.

The home was spacious, with a well equiped kitchen and comfy sofas. The bed was OK, but the mattress was a little soft for me. Heating was fine and it was warm and cosy - important when you are on a walking trip. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. Importantly, the washing machine had a drying facility, essential when you are walking the coast path in february!

Pulled up at the house number, to find it was next door, not 25. Difficult to know in the rain and dark. Luckily people at 25 said it was next door , but often happens.

Breakfast basis was self catering , but the kitchen was excellent . The village and location were superb with a special mention for the St Agnes bakery

It smelt a little damp in the property which we weren’t sure whether it was because it’s not occupied all the time. We also noticed some black mould spots on the sealant around the windows. It caused us some anxiety as one of our children has a chronic lung condition, so we didn’t let her put anything on the cills or touch them. I’m not sure if I didn’t read the property description but I felt like i wasn’t aware that the only bathroom was only accessible through the main bedroom. But that could be me not reading things properly.

The location was great. Great base for exploring. Plenty of room in the property and we enjoyed that there were two bedrooms and living room. Outdoor space was great too, the lights were super pretty. It looked nice and tidy. Kids loved the bunk beds and the toys in the room. Nice little welcome note and Wi-Fi was good.

Location of the property is absolutely stunning. Quiet and peaceful. The home itself is very beautifully decorated with plenty greenery. It had absolutely everything that was needed and was over our comfort. Bonus was the kids room, plenty toys and books which our little one had great time playing while we had coffee in peace 🤍

My sister and I liked the comfort and the style of this accommodation. It was beautifully laid out, with the essential furniture. We liked the breakfast bar, to eart our meals, but had the weather been dry it would have been lovely to eat on the outside table with string of lights above us. There is a good kitchen, with gas hob and electric oven. There isn't a microwave, but we took our own. We used the washing machine, the shower and toilet both worked as you would expect. There is a very elaborate satellite television, which confused us a bit, but younger people will find hundreds of channels relevant to their world. The location is excellent, with off-street parking at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and an easy walk through the estate to the back of the main street. However, we only lived one street away for more than thirty years so we did know the place very well. WE plan to try 'Howlyek' again next time we want to stay in St Agnes

it was a shame there was no microwave! Handy to have with children for quick meals etc. It would have been nice also to have more loo rolls and washing up liquid as we had to go out and buy them straight away !!

Did not have microwave, which we did not pick up when looking at facilities. Booking .com did not provide code for lock box, had to ring owner in Portugal whom was very helpful. Washing machine was in use when we arrived at 5.30 possibly by cleaners.

There was a contemporary yet homely feel to the annexe, and everything was there that one needed. Clean , pleasant and some nice welcoming touches.

If you're booking as a group of friends please note the bathroom. Is ensuite in the main bedroom. It made our stay a little awkward at times.

Location was perfect for our needs. Good sized rooms and all were comfortable beds. Private entrance with lots of parking.
