Shower in bedroom 1 downstairs second day did not warm up so had to use shower in bathroom near kitchen, blinds in the far bedroom upstairs to Yr left looks like a section of the blind missing but too light in the morning needs either curtains or swop the blinds for black out ones . Also on day 2 the Monday I didn't hear someone knock but a girl walked straight in through to the back garden without saying a word then picked up a yellow sack locked the back door & went would of been nice to be told she was coming . Floors are a bit creaky in all bedrooms, need more than 1 pillow on each bed, and have problems with WiFi connectivity, but my nephew fixed it . Also needs to be cleaned properly as found a bag of crisps opened in a draw in the bedroom .

The house was well big enough for us ,glad there was a downstairs bedroom for my mum as a bit disabled. Kitchen had it all ,nice living room bedrooms.

There is an extra check-in for the firm that runs the accommodation. It was a bit tedious to fill out. The shower in the downstairs en suite didn't ever run hot - it only got to lukewarm( but the one in the downstairs hall was brilliant)

Great house. Exceeded expectations. Would stay again if it is available next time we go to Crewe. The heating was on and the house was warm when we checked in even though it was 10pm. Thank you. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. More than 4 teaspoons, cups, plates etc Enough WiFi to keep 4 people happy.

The property is in a run-down area of Crewe.Crewe itself is run down however I would not have dared to open the downstairs windows for fear of not feeling safe. The house stank of smoke. The kitchen tops and all the floors were sticky The back garden was full of cigarette butts. The internet did not work, and the mattresses on one of the beds were thin enough when one sat down. One heard a loud bang as one hit a metal bar of the frame through the mattress. We received apologies that the previous tenants smoked heavily against the rules.We should have been informed and given alternative venues. Wasting hours with mundane questions to sort out the internet issued not satisfactory. No fault of the on line staff.Everything should have been checked before we arrived. This property was disgusting enough for us to not stay and sourced other accommodation. To then receive a phone call 3 days after arrival date again with apologies is Sn insult and frankly covering one's butt or trying to As a regular user of this service, I expected far more and would expect a full refund.

The kitchen had the usual lack of useful implements. No dishcloth! there isn’t a dishwasher so you do need washing up equipment! The showers were not really useable as the water temperature never gets above just tepid. The beds are poor quality and you can feel every spring!

only the fact that the oven tins were not clean . we didn’t need to use them but they shouldn’t have been left so dirty .

The great space and each room having its own bathroom was a rare bonus . great to share with others yet having your own space good parking next to aldi very convenient .well equipped clean and tidy .

It was not particularly clean, used teaspoon in drawer, outside bins dirty and overflowing. I cut my hand on a glass I washed up as it split and it got infected Main bin stinky, fag ends outside, bins not emptied regularly, not my standard of hygiene. Stains on walls and leaks and smells. For the price completely substandard. It was hard to go through multiple procedures to get the booking done. All of this would stoo me booking again.
