We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSuch a stunning location. Loved the pond with ducks and geese right outside your doorstep. Ample room to park and easy access to your chalet, with privacy for use of the hot tub. Lovely chalets with everything you need catered for. We had an issue with heating and water upon arrival but Charlotte was immediately on hand to help and arrange alternative accommodation for us. She was really friendly and helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything that we needed, no matter what the time of day/night. She really does go above and beyond for guests. Thank you Charlotte!

Excellent location, very close to Longleat. Hot tub was heated ready for our arrival. Walking distance to Warmington.

United KingdomAlthough the lodge is lovely some improvements are needed, the toilet seat was broken and as this was previously reported I thought it would have been fixed, when the ceiling had been painted some paint had gone onto the wall, the hot tub area could be more inviting. There is a place on site that serves food and drink but when we went there on our second night quite a few items were not available from the menu so we ended up going into Warminster to eat
Very nice Lodge with the added bonus of a hot tub, there is a lovely small lake with ducks and it’s so peaceful

United KingdomLodge was almost in two halves. First part seems much older with a new extension. Older part was quite cold and could do with a revamp. Whilst it was not unclean, it could do with a deeper clean. Cobwebs in corners, mirrors and glass covered in dust. Kitchen wasn’t very well appointed. Limited glassware and no corkscrew which would be a varicose in a holiday let Beds and furnishings of a cheap nature, bed broke whilst we were there and clearly not designed for heavy use in a holiday let. No instructions for items like how to operate heating, hot tub and WiFi. Hot tub area was quite closed in and covered in leaves (although I do appreciate it was autumn) but had no view and surrounded by 6ft fencing so not pleasurable
In great location, just outside Warminster and close to attractions such as Longleat. Some improvements have been made recently to the lodge

United KingdomThe cleanliness needs to be of a higher standard, as we found a few dead bugs around the cabin and we also felt as though we had to clean all the utensils/kitchenware as they looked dirty prior to us using them. We also felt as though we could smell damp/mould in the main bedroom which made us feel a bit under the weather the following our stay. The WiFi was terrible and barely worked as it was locked away in a cupboard; I had to resort to using my personal hotspot in order to watch any streaming services on the TV as it wasnt tuned in properly for terrestrial viewing.
The location was good, the town centre was a relatively short walk or a few minutes in the car. It was nice having the hot tub being ready for us upon arrival and the cabin was pretty comfortable overall. The area itself was lovely and very scenic.
