We didn't know, there isn't reference on the booking facilities either, the place doesn't have any kind of towels, dressing gown for the hot tub so YOU need to take some yourself . There isn't tea towel and oven glove in the kitchen, so take that aswell. No welcome tea or coffee small packs till you are going out for shopping like we did the next day in the morning . We arrived quite late and had nothing there for a hot drink :( The distance from the city obviously made us travel every time we got out and spend diesel but we just did this to enjoyed the relaxing time on the hot tub . So we were sad with this situation in the end because we didn't use it . The best option would have been to stay in the city . We had a pen with some movies to connect to the TV , as the information was a smart TV but it didn't work either. Don't know why since we do travel a lot and use the same one and works . Appart from that it was good .

It was our first time using this kind of accommodation. Lots of space actually , I thought it was going to be smaller . The hot tub was amazing but we just use it for about 1h . Some electric problem happened to the cable connection. They were in contact we us straight away. They try to sorted the problem but without success. We got a refund of £60 for this situation. The reason why we stayed away from Lincoln City was because of the hot tub and we end up not have it at all.

There isn’t too much around the caravan, we had to travel quite a while for a corner shop so I would advise to plan ahead and make sure you have all items you will need for your stay.

The caravan itself is so spacious and modern, it’s a home from home and we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was clean and the hot tub was an added bonus.

No towels (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere), no tea towel or oven gloves so I had to use a sweater to take a tray out the grill. Previous occupants hadn’t washed dishes properly so had to re-wash them & wait for them to drip dry. A spare bathmat or something to reduce the amount of water when going from hot tub to bathroom would have been useful (we only happened to have 1 towel each that we brought for the break preceding this one) which we ‘saved’ for the shower. Tea/coffee/milk would have been appreciated too! Had to go buy from supermarket 15 mins away for a 2 night stay. No bedside lamp - had to use phone torch to read! Just minor things but would have made a huge difference to the overall experience! That said, we were very comfortable and had a great stay nonetheless :)

Spacious, cosy and modern by a lovely river setting. Great host, Alex was very responsive to questions esp when the tv didn’t work straight away and gave good recommendations for local kid-friendly fun. Hot tub was amazing and made the stay for us!!!

The beds were too soft for us. Just a preference on our part. We made a makeshift gate for our dog so she couldn't escape off the veranda so just a warning for people with dogs.

Great hot tub and nice space to relax. The games were a nice surprise and my son loved them. Lovely and big. Was really surprised and great value for money!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. my only suggestion given the weather we stayed in would be either a parasol or canopy that you could extend over the hot tub for some shade. However it was still fully useable and the hosts had accommodated the temperature for the sun which was lovely.

Absolutely loved the home feel of the place meant you could really lay back and relax. The additional touches like plants, blankets and books were lovely. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed plus more. Comfortable beds. The hosts welcoming message was super help full with information. Loved the little guest book and reading through all the comments of peoples stays. The park it’s self felt luxurious and was peaceful, great location with the river along the bottom and nice sun set views over the fields behind. Would recommend a walk down the local pub. Easy to find via the Sat nav.

Whole site is lovely, very quiet and tidy. Beds were comfy, whole place was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing. Pub within walking distance and river at the end of the drive.

The hosts sent us a video on how to find the property and gain access into the site and property which helped a lot, the property was better than expected and the hot tub was a massive plus, especially late at night just relaxing and watching the sky's. The living room and dining room was very large and the bedrooms was surprisingly big especially with the walk in wardrobe. The property can get very warm, however if you open up the windows and keep the doors to the rooms open it creates a breeze through and cools down pretty quickly, however I think the property could do with looking at getting a small air conditioning unit which will drastically reduce the temperature during the summer seasons. The place had pretty much everything you need, however as a reminder you do need to take your own towels (make this a bit bigger on the page when booking to ensure people don't forget) Not a major thing and don't want to put it in the 'didn't like part' but the place could do with instructions on how to use the oven and also another tray and like a casserole dish

I would like to say what an excellent host Alex is.Everything was explained and even put into a video on location of the static we were in and how to access the place.The accomodation and the hot tub was first class.There was only the weather that let it down on our last day but l don't think Alex has the powers to change that.😂.All in all brilliant accomodation and a lovely place.l can thoroughly recommend this for a relaxing break.Top Marks.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Owners so helpful. Immaculate inside. Everything you could need inside & all high quality. Beautifully kitted out. Hot tub amazing. Site quiet & rural. 3 mins from river .. stunning views. Nice pub 5 mins walk. Nice town 15 mins away … lovely touch : bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

The property was not as clean as we would have liked which we had to rectify. the hot tub was in full direct sunshine all day which made it difficult to use , we felt there should have been some sort of shade available.
