Apartments were very clean and up to date decor wise. Location was perfect as well, close to shops and a short walk to the beach etc. Swimming pool and gym were open all day as well which the children enjoyed!

The only downside was there was no milk for the cereal on the grab and go section had nip into Aldi for a bottle.

I personally wish I hadn't paid extra for the breakfast as it was a lot less than I anticipated. You had an option between 2 croissants and a piece of fruit. I thought this could be more varied so that it will suit a wider audience.

It was a great location. I loved the layout of the apartment. The kitchen was a lot bigger than I thought. We would absolutely stay here again. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. I liked how we had our own building as well.

Friendly staff, Lorraine who had recently started went above and beyond to get the kids in the pool which was fully booked in advance. The place was clean with quality fixtures within our apartment. Everyone we spoke to was having a lovely time at the hotel.

Changing room situation for the pool was a bit confusing.

Great location, amazing staff. We stayed as a family, in 3 separate apartments which were all spacious and well equipped. The pool was a real bonus. Maxine couldn’t do enough for us all and really helped my senior parents.

Value for money needs to be questioned. Over £500 for two nights. No full breakfast available, only cereal, pastry and coffee (which is unlimited throughout the day).

Rooms were very nice and big. Nice pool although jacuzzi wasn’t working. Basic gym which was fine for a one off workout.

Some parts of the rooms were a little tired and could do with some paint work being touched up. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms which was annoying. It got very hot in the rooms at night and even though we had instructions for aircon, we couldn't find any. There are fans, but these are noisy at night. My husband visited the pool and even though he had to book a slot he felt it was a free for all. He also said there was no male or female changing, again it would appear to be a free for all. He felt uncomfortable with this. He didn't stay in the pool long due to this.

The location was great as were the size of the rooms. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and staff were on hand to help at all times.

We were promised on booking a one bedroom apartment with a King Size bed. It was a standard double bed, and it wasn’t comfortable, it dipped at the edges and grew higher on the middle. You felt like you were tippling off. The sofa bed was however, very lovely .

Beautiful, really made welcome on arrival, decor, colours , art work, furniture , all very tasteful. Loved the renovated old tiling, with perfect cleanliness, couldn’t ask for more of a pleasant arrival experience. Wow. And the unlimited Starbucks is a treat to hear too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had the pool/ steam room/ jacuzzi to ourselves. The apartment was clean. We liked that it had patio doors and a little courtyard so we could sit out.

The steam room door was not sealed. So steam room not so steamy. The room had a lot of noise from upstairs. From kids thumping and running around banging doors. Kept us awake late.
