Honestly this stay was brilliant and if I was being very picky the only 2 things I could say is that the sofa in the apartment isn’t very comfortable and the breakfast choices are not the best (more the children than us). But I am being really harsh by saying this as I throughly enjoyed my stay here.

Very clean and tidy - even the car park is well presented. Very modern and nicely decorated - amenities very well located and easy to book/use. Coffee machine is a massive hit especially for the kids with the hot chocolates. Just a really nice hotel very happy I chose here.

Some hooks for coats in the apartment hallway would be great!

The television in our room did not work; we did ask for assistance, and one of the reception team tried to assist but it remained unusable for the rest of our stay which was disappointing for the kids in the evening after dinner.

The reception team are very friendly and helpful; the pool is fantastic and it was relatively straightforward to use the booking system once explained and a few mistakes were made and accepted with good humour by the reception team.

The hotel beds provided a cozy retreat, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our highlight was definitely the inviting swimming pool area, offering a relaxing oasis during our stay. Additionally, the convenient location near ALDI and other shops made exploring the area hassle-free. Overall, a delightful experience.

Apartments were very clean and up to date decor wise. Location was perfect as well, close to shops and a short walk to the beach etc. Swimming pool and gym were open all day as well which the children enjoyed!

The only downside was there was no milk for the cereal on the grab and go section had nip into Aldi for a bottle.

Our room was quite hot at night even with the window open, we only stayed 1 night so not much of an issue but could have been if staying longer

I personally wish I hadn't paid extra for the breakfast as it was a lot less than I anticipated. You had an option between 2 croissants and a piece of fruit. I thought this could be more varied so that it will suit a wider audience.

It was a great location. I loved the layout of the apartment. The kitchen was a lot bigger than I thought. We would absolutely stay here again. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. I liked how we had our own building as well.

Friendly staff, Lorraine who had recently started went above and beyond to get the kids in the pool which was fully booked in advance. The place was clean with quality fixtures within our apartment. Everyone we spoke to was having a lovely time at the hotel.

Changing room situation for the pool was a bit confusing.

Great location, amazing staff. We stayed as a family, in 3 separate apartments which were all spacious and well equipped. The pool was a real bonus. Maxine couldn’t do enough for us all and really helped my senior parents.

Value for money needs to be questioned. Over £500 for two nights. No full breakfast available, only cereal, pastry and coffee (which is unlimited throughout the day).

Rooms were very nice and big. Nice pool although jacuzzi wasn’t working. Basic gym which was fine for a one off workout.
