Some of the facilities a bit old, but the location compensates that

The location is amazing, very central, easy access to everything..also staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast is good too. I would chose this hotel again.

Rooms are very much what to expect from London. Little cramped rooms, but each with own bathroom and everything was clean. I was hoping for a common area to sit in the evening, but there is none. Just a couch in the lobby.

Perfect location, walking distance to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Nice restaurants just around the corner. We got an upgrade when we arrived, to give us more space during our three night stay. Breakfast was nice. Nothing special, but good. All clerks we met were very nice and helpful.

It is an older hotel that could use some upgrades. The bathroom is very small.

The water pressure on the shower was very poor and it took a very long time to become hot (so much so I went down to reception to ask them to take a look at it). The mechanism is also very stiff so difficult to switch off - impossible for my daughter. Wifi also poor on our floor - just 2 bars. Had to go down to reception to do anything on the internet such as check into our flights. Noise from street was minimal but we did hear some long, loud telephone conversations from the guest in the room next to us. He was speaking very loud but I suspect there is limited wall insulation. Perhaps useful to remind guests to keep their voices down past a certain time.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location on a quiet, treelined street. Close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Breakfast was generous, served by very helpful and friendly kitchen staff.

There was no hairdryer in my room but one was provided when I asked at the front desk. Luggage storage is just leaving it in the lobby, so it's not very secure at all. Water to awhile to get hot for my shower.

The location is great! It's a very short walk to Paddington station which is ideal if you are arriving/departing London from Heathrow airport or by a train out of Paddington. There are other underground stations nearby too. It's a short walk from Hyde park and also there are some good restaurants not far away. Breakfast is available. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet (though mine was at the back of the building.)

A little problem for booking ( date cancelled but not informed ) but at the end after I emailed with my complaint, I have the applogy and room ungrade as gesture so overall is ok in terms of customer service.

Location is great- close to Paddington, close to Hyde Park. Rooms are modest but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and adds great value. Staff are friendly and were happy to look after luggage pre-check-in and post-check-out. Lift to all floors

Room furnishing was somewhat dated.

Cozy bed and breakfast surrounded by restaurants and shops. 3-minute walk away from Paddington station and 8-10 minutes to Hyde Park. Satisfactory hot breakfast. Staff were courteous and attentive, and stored our luggage free-of-charge after we checked out while we waited for the next leg of our journey.

One minor, but potentially serious point ..... in a ground ground floor fire door, the safety glass was cracked. It is also considered wise to ensure that fire doors are closed, pursuant to statutory requirement.

The room was extremely small compared to what is seen in the pictures on the webpage and would benefit from a bit of refurbishment for example carpets and damaged doors. The lift was shaking and making funny noises. I think the hotel is a bit overpriced in terms of the quality you get compared to other hotels in the area.

This hotel is quite small with basic rooms for one or a maximum two-night stay. Breakfast is quite good and the staff is super friendly. Location perfect very close to Paddington stations and close to many restaurants.

Great position of the hotel, near two tube stop and just a few steps from Paddington train station. English breakfast was delicious, served every morning between 7 and 9 am. The room was spacious, our was located in the basement and had every confort you need for few days in London. Great value for the money.

The heater didn't really heat the room just the area a few centimeters in front of it. The rooms and hallways were really tight.

The staff was very friendly! The location was really great, close to a lot of restaurants of different countries and only a few minutes by foot from Paddington station.

I booked this trip for my mother and niece. They stayed 2 nights while visiting London. They were very happy with the accomodation, and particularly found the location to be central and convenient with regards to public transport. Breakfast was also included which is a great cost saving.

The shower could have done with the water being hotter. I reported the problem to reception, after that the water felt a bit hotter.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is good for what I need and very close to Paddington station and restaurants/cafes. I feel safe in the area, and it is very close to Kendington gardens/Hyde Park.
