The hot water pump made a loud noise whenever it was turned on in the shower - I complained to the host and it’s going to be fixed The hot water works though, just the noise which stops once you’re done showering

Could feel the springs on the mattress so obviously needs replacing Deafening noise coming from the shower - plumber's problem On a really cold day took about 8 hours for heating to get up to a decent temp - maybe turning it on a tad for travellers to be greeted with a warm house .

We were using the sofa bed and it took a little while to find the bedding and work out which items we were supposed/wanted to use. Once it was set up it was comfy enough.

Ideal place to stay for a visit to the uni open day. My daughter and I walked to the uni along the river. House was warm on arrival and it was easy to find and park.Shower was good and water hot. Well equipped.

The only small issue was that the wardrobe hangers were too high for me to reach, as was the mirror in the downstairs toilet, I am on the short side though! 😁

Very clean and comfortable with all facilities you would expect. Liked the parking and convenient location, walking distance to Aldi and a short drive into Lincoln centre. A cosy home from home.

Knives were very blunt. No peeler or teapot. Mirror in downstairs toilet was above our heads

My only negative is the bed, it’s a ‘sleigh’ style bed, which looks nice and has a solid top and bottom to the frame… However when you’re over 6ft tall you need an open ended (or an extra large) bed to have room to straighten your legs out, and so I couldn’t. Thus, I had to sleep with knees bent the whole time.

Clean and fair size for a 1 bedroom with some nice decor. It has a private garden and it’s own parking. Good facilities and a 20 minute walk from downtown Lincoln.

A stool or chair and vanity unit or dresser with mirror for getting ready in the bedroom would have been much appreciated. A minor thing but us ladies like to get ready in comfort..

Property was what we hoped for. If I had any comments perhaps the garden could be maintained ....it is just weeds and unkept....it would have made the garden a more usable space Also and I am sure time and previous use has proved that this isn't an issue but the current position of the toaster is directly below the overhanging cupboards. We noticed that it causes the underside of the cupboards to get extremely hot and on further use we pulled the toaster forward from the cupboards. to avoid a potential fire risk. Maybe consider fixing silver foil to underside of cupboards to reflect heat back

No negative only struggled for couple of days without the hair dryer especially the lady. Is something which you cannot just go & buy it’s weird, everywhere I’ve stayed in the past I can’t recall any place didn’t had a hairdryer.

Made easy to find and enter via great directions. Lovely house that was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay (Just like being at home!). Highly recommend to all (Walkers - PepsiCo just 0.2 miles away) and I will stay again.

The only thing I would say is that the mattress needs replacing but that's all.

It is a lovely modern 1 bedroom house which we felt instantly at home and relaxed in. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, not overlooked and a short walk from Lincoln. The open plan layout downstairs works really well and we loved the large bedroom upstairs. The ensuite has a large walk in shower which was wonderful
