Fing and Jeffing from some of the "residents" and staff!!!! First thing in the morning. Late in the evening not so bad at least there wasnt any children around.

Check in and simple arrangements and room. Breakfast easy.

The loo in the room was very small and restrictive; the shower is fixed position, making it hard to rinse effectively, but the worst thing was the lack of air con. I double checked there was air con, put a note on to say I needed a cool room, then I was given a room with broken air con! Happened to be the hottest weekend of the year so far and despite being given a fan, I struggled with the heat. Also the mirrors are nowhere near the plugs (only two plugs in the room), so drying hair was extremely difficult! I understand it’s budget, but a few small adjustments could help so much and please get the air con working.

It was a decent price, good location for access to links. The lady on reception was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

Wasn’t in a particularly nice area and it was very basic. That said, it is a budget hotel. The unfortunate thing is, when hotels operate dynamic pricing models that push the prices up when events are on locally, you end up paying premium money for budget facilities and value for money is not at its best!

Very basic. Complete lack of facilities and right next to the M4 so that needs consideration if you intend staying there. The bathroom is in a plastic pod installed in the room but the toilet is in a seperate room and probably the lowest pan I've ever sat on; if you struggle to get up and down it may be difficult.

tv wasn't working ,kept going fuzzy all the time unable to watch Toilet was a NIGHTMARE.i F YOU ARE ELDERLY.Very very low,we would not have been able to get up or down on the toilet without pulling ourselves up on door handle.Would have to book disability room next time All staff lovely and very helpful,thank you. Lovely pub under subway,short walk for food

The room did not have a phone charging port which would have been nice to have Their system and booking.com were not in sync as we had booked with breakfast option but their system said not and it was very embarassing being told that you do not have breakfast especially after you had eaten.

The staff here were amazing, they were lovely and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Genuine and caring helping with taxis, directions and advice. Even when I wasn’t feeling well they were super-staff. I’d definitely nominate this team for an award 🥇 🙌🏻🙌🏻 so any recognition of this would be great.

There was some strip lighting around the room which I couldn't seem to turn off. Some of the lights didn't work properly & were flashing on and off.

1. No toilet brush and water presher enough only for one flush 2. No privacy in toilet - my hubby could hear everything that happened in the toilet 3. 9.30 am cleaner wanted to start cleaning, good that our dog start barking, otherwise she would see me without clothes.
