We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and we both woke up with back pain which impacted upon our enjoyment of the next day. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on their breakfast facilities but they only seemed to offer a breakfast bag rather than anything cooked or sit down kind of breakfast.
We only paid £42 for the night so were not expecting anything amazing for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had towels, tv and tea and coffee so all the basic amenities were met. It is a few minutes walk from Bromley South train station and just off the high street so a good location. Good value for money.

United KingdomVery little space to hang or store clothes, which was weird. Very uncomfortable pillows and some incredibly rude and pass-agg staff, particularly the female supervisor. I was shocked and genuinely upset by her strange attitude. Some other staff seemed very sweet, though all seemed a little undertrained and unsure, including the cleaner. I never saw anyone manning reception so avoid leaving your bags here if possible as they are on show without guard and anyone can wander in (and Bromley is known for its crime sadly). Whilst I was here two of my colleagues had to file police reports in the area for a stolen phone and slashed tyres, so I do feel this hotel could take security a little more seriously. It just seems like it could be run a little better compared to other Ibis B I’ve stayed in.
Excellent shower, good sized room, some friendly staff (sadly not the management). You couldn’t get any closer to Bromley town centre if you tried! Room temperature easily adjustable.

Location very close to all the shops. Plenty food places to choose from. NCP car park very close and only 6 pounds for 24hrs parking.

United KingdomThe plug hole in the bath (shower in our case) was blocked up so it was impossible to rinse our feet before exiting the shower. It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room. A drawer for the clothes would also be good.
Jessica went out of her way to make our stay great - we were very grateful to her. It was lovely to be able to get the radio on the television and then blank the screen! The room was a good temperature.
