Great hotel situated close to Leicester Station and shops. Rooms are good size with great bathroom facilities. Breakfast is very good. Cooked and continental. Plenty of tea, coffee and juices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a bar in the hotel too. 2nd time of staying in this hotel.

A little tired. Could do with a refurb at some point as you can tell it's more tired compared to the newer build Ibis Styles' we've stayed in. Little marks on the carpet, a couple of marks on walls etc - it was clear it was cleaned but these couldn't be gotten rid of, so it shows the age. However, for the price still well worth it. The lower portion of the mattress is black, I can see why that was chosen but I would much prefer it to be white, then you can see that it's clean. The topper portion was white so we could see and check that easily, bottom just needs to be the same.

Great location, near to both the station and the town centre. Visiting for a gig at The Soundhouse and it was ideal. Friendly helpful staff on check in/out. Rooms are always well appointed for the price at Ibis and Ibis Styles, with the shower pods, and good to have shower gel and shampoo included in less wasteful large bottles. Bedding clean and fresh, room and bathroom all cleaned well.

The decor in the rooms made it really dark even in the day. Made the room feel quite dim and depressing.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but it was a long walk to and from the King Power Stadium.

The room was a good size for 2 people with very comfy beds. We appreciated having a quieter room and the shower room was great. The breakfast was good value for money, as you could eat as much as you liked.

Very small amount of hotel parking spaces which were all taken when we arrived around 5pm. Had to park in the nearby train station car park, paid £8 which is a wkend flat rate (Fri- Sun). The one lift in the hotel seemed to sometimes be in high demand, by staff and guests, which meant you sometimes found yourself going in the opposite direction to the floor you requested initially.

Location is ideal if coming via train as probably only a 10min walk away max (We came via Car). Very clean, tidy and welcoming hotel on enetering. Staff are friendly and polite. The twin room we had was on the small side but comfortable, clean and tidy. Ideal for a couple of days away. Had everything we needed. Shower very good/easy to use. The food all good and just as good as the food you would expect in nearby cafes and pubs. Would recommend

The location was close to the city centre and the main attractions. The staff were helpful and polite.

Only thing we would propose this hotel to do is to upgrade the mattresses. Our room mattress 312 was a little uncomfortable and Ibis should really invest in hypnos mattresses like premier inns and only 1 extra pillow but just minor but it did not distract us from the hotel being great and really great value for money

The hotel was alot better than I expected . The room was very clean ,staff on arrival were superb and on leaving. The breakfast was great everything needed to get our day off to a great start, everything hot, great 👍, great value for money and would definitely return again and again 👍
