Overpriced for what it was, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom in the room although was not filthy the sink had not been washed and there was hair in the shower.

Very welcoming and friendly staff member at check in! Clean lobby, pizza was available to purchase which was great as my daughter was hungry when we arrived.

Other than ill informed staff there was nothing to dislike

The room was clean and well equipped but the TV didn’t work and when enquiring at reception we were told there is a system problem but got no idea as to if and when it would be repaired/ working again. When asked about vegan options for breakfast we were told “ we’ll just leave the meat products off “ in short hotel was good but the staff not so good

The air conditioning wasn’t great and didn’t really cool the room down and the pillows weren’t the best.

The location is about 10 minutes walk from the DLR, then one stop on that and we were on the jubilee line - so perfect for us. We arrived in the evening on Thursday and plenty of parking. Checked in by a really helpful pleasant chap. Room was fine… twin beds …. shower good … breakfast was amazing 🤩…. Then we headed into London for the day (garden party at the palace 🤴)…. Got back to the hotel around 5…. Quick coffee, then drive home. I’d definitely consider doing this again when I come to London as it was so easy & nice not to worry about train times. Nice little car downstairs aswell, where we had a little G&T when we arrived!! And £12 to park fir 24hours which was perfect 🤩

The water made a noise after the toilet flush but it was only for a few moments.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming on arrival, suggested an alternative walking route to Canary Wharf which was lovely. The chap on reception checked us in with ease and was very accommodating when we decided to have breakfast the following morning. Although not as much breakfast choice as some more expensive hotels, there was enough variety for us all to enjoy a filling and well cooked/prepared breakfast. All in all, couldn't have asked for more welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and all necessary items provided.

Lovely breakfast, very nice and quiet. Suggest getting there by DLR Rather than Canary Wharf tube as is a good 20 minute walk with suitcases.

The shower in room 206, which is disabled room, kept going scalding hot for myself and my partner. As I'm disabled I sit to shower, i couldn't move from it fast enough. I did mention to staff when checking out but didn't get an apology just a "we will look at it"

The rooms could do with being refurbished, the carpets & curtains were stained in our room. The walls are thin, we was woken during the night with a couple arguing & swearing.

The location was perfect us as we were seeing Peter Kay at the O2. The staff were nice, friendly & helpful especially with information on how best to get to the O2 as we had never been before. The breakfast had a good selection with cereals, pastries,fruits & cooked food I.e eggs,bacon & sausage etc and the hotel bar was great for a nightcap before bed :)
