Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe car park charge is £10 for 24 Hrs but the hotel price is cheap so it wasn’t bad really and at least the car was safe. Bathroom sink was cracked. Air conditioning wasn’t up to much.
We had a twin bedded room, space was tight but we were only staying one night before we caught a ferry. We slept really well. It was quiet, comfortable beds and there was a black out curtain. Shower over the bath was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facility in the room. We walked to old town for a meal, about half an hour away. We enjoyed the walk after a day of travelling in the car. We used Mac Donald’s next door for breakfast because we thought the hotel was expensive.

United KingdomTHIS IS THE SIXTH TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL. THE ONLY REAL BAD THING WAS THE SHOWER HEAD HOLDER WAS BROKEN AND THE SHOWER HEAD WOULD NOT STAY UP THE POLE. THIS MADE IT VERY DIFFICUULT TO SHOWER. AS WE WERE SHOWERING JUST BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME WE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GO TO RECEPTION AND GET IT SORTED WHEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST BUT SHE DIDNT SEEM INTERESTED AT ALL, NOT EVEN A PROPER APOLIGY. THE CARPET IN OUR ROOM LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DOWN FOREVER AND WAS QUITE MARKED.
THE ROOM WAS READY ON ARRIVAL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DECORATED RECENTLY. WAS EASY TO BOOK IN AND SORT OUT THE CAR PARK.

PortugalSomeone unlocking my door and attempting to come in until I shouted at them! This was around 8pm and I was in bed! I reported it and the receptionist promised to give me feed back but I've received no explanation or official apology. It was unnerving to say the least! Also I had to get out of bed and go to the reception as my TV didn't work, for this, the panel had to be removed and the TV unplugged. And a response to my message, sent on the morning prior to my arrival, was answered and sent after my departure!!!

United KingdomFood that was served within a reasonable time as per above. Breakfast needed to be edible and not the dried up selection that was available.
Breakfast was awful. Overcooked, eggs hard fried and generally not value for money. The evening meal we had to wait an hour and ten minutes for it to arrive. Three couples waited for almost an hour and eventually walked out. We stayed because the waitress did her level best to pacify me and I have to say she was brilliant and did everything to keep us happy. However I would not recommend the hotel because food service was terrible.

United KingdomOnly thing I didn’t like was the cloth shower curtain in the bathroom - absolutely nothing wrong with it (it was clean and in good condition) - they are just a pet hate of mine as they stick to you when you’re trying to take a shower! We could have done with a couple of hand towels - we only had a bath towel each.
Great location for central Southampton, not far from train station and shops/restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, good choice.

IrelandThe staff are great, anything we needed was looked after very quickly. From check in to check out to house keeping in fact any member of staff that we met was friendly and so helpful. The bedroom is a little small but the bed is very comfortable and we found it for the most part lovely and quiet. It's in a great location to use as a base for sightseeing, heading out in the town or if you just need it for the night before your cruise. We would highly recommend staying here.

Bath too small for an adult to even sit in an straighten your legs…. Pointless
Location was central, clean, comfortable and plenty of parking on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower very good. Cost for two double rooms was very good.

United KingdomWe had a problem with our toilet, eithert not flushing or it was running continuously. We reported this to reception, who came and did a temporary fix. Eventually after us reporting it 3 times did they send for maintenance, this was as we were checking out, so not much help to us. Also the reception knew this was an ongoing problem, so I don't understand why we were put into this room.
The room was nice and clean, hotel is situated near several restaurants. In walking distance of the port.
