A comfortable overnight stay for a family celebration.

After booking we were informed that the hotel was not serving dinners in the restaurant, which was being refurbished for the summer season. So we went into town to find a restaurant. The breakfast choices were rather limited, and the coffee far too weak.

We had a chalet room, which was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen in the room, which we might use on a future visit. It was good to have access to a swimming pool, although the water was much hotter than we liked.

It was assumed that we would want a chalet however the reason for the hotel stay was because my daughter has never stayed in a hotel before and wanted that experience. We were not offered an alternative room although the chalet was nice.

    The decor was very nice

Every thing was great, just would have liked parking to be included in the cost.

We had the room outside and it was really nice as the parking was directly outside and the swimming pool was oppsite. It was nice to have that private space rather than going through the main hotel.

The outside of the hotel lets it a bit down. It most definitely not match up with the interior

Swimming pool was amazing and the room was very modern, clean and spacious. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out times were reasonable. Hotel location was great

    • Stayed 2 nights

The Pool was closed on the second day of our stay. The car parking fee was an unexpected additional cost. The room hadn't been hoovered properly as several nail clippings found near the bed.

It was quiet and a nice space for us to relax, away from the main road, nice chalet. Close to town and beach.

The hotel looks extremely tired and in urgent need of TLC on the outside- they may well be getting around to refurbishing to match the inside however it doesn't look great. Pool area was also a little tired. Hotel is a little walk into the centre (which we were aware of) but might not be ideal for everyone. Parking is extremely expensive given it was an entirely empty carpark! Unfortunately our first room (408) had a very loud humming/ vibration sound which we later worked out was a some form of generator (?) above our room and made it unbearable to even sit in there- however the lady acted swiftly and moved our rooms without any fuss.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a chalet style one out the back but room was lovely and spacious with a kitchenette. Huge, comfy bed. Room was clean and I'm guessing had been recently refurbished. Warm pool was a nice touch given the poor weather. Breakfast was 'help yourself' continental then a cooked to order full English should you want one. Overall, would stay again for the price we paid!

There weren’t enough hooks in the bathroom for towels.

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming! She even gave us recommendations for breakfast places! The rooms were better than expected and big. They were clean aswell and even had a small kitchen area.

That on top of paying for your hotel, you have to pay £10 per night parking, this should be included in your stay. Also an additional £50 they hold when you sign in. I’ve been waiting for nearly a month for them to release the funds.

Everything you needed and good value for money

The breakfast was not continental as we expected, the sausage was cooked way before we order and reheated! The room location was something in the back garden that we didn't expect it to be there, and it was not in the main building. The pool, was the main reason why we booked this hotel!!! but we didn't even stay there more than 3 minutes. as there were 3 families with home clothes inside the pool with their kids making noise, and non of them were in swim suit.

The staff were lovely, polite and responsible. The interior design was looking good. The room temperature was good because of having the AC.

Just a few things to point out, the drawers in our hotel room had no handles so we assumed they were push ones, but they just didn’t open unless you pried them open. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable even with the additional duvet layers, and one of the bed side lights was broken. I love to drink a lot of tea, and unfortunately there was only enough tea bags for one cup of tea each for a 2 night stay.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the chalets for our upcoming wedding and we were very surprised by how well kept, clean, and big it was. The queen size bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the staff were fantastic! We love Nicky, she’s so bubbly and a credit to the hotel 😊 The chalet also had air con and heating which you don’t always get in a hotel room/chalet, and a variety of condiments were available in our very own kitchen section of the chalet. The breakfast was great, you could help yourself to a variety of cereals, toast, and other items as well as a cooked breakfast. I can’t have white bread so it was lovely to see white and wholemeal bread as an option. The cooked breakfast was delicious, but it could do with a few more items on the menu (hash browns, black pudding). Whilst you’re there, you have access to the heated pool which wasn’t far from our chalet. The pool was clean, safe, and enjoyable, but surprisingly deep (in a good way). Gorgeous, vibrant hotel with wonderful staff to match! We will definitely recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in the future 😊

We found the check in was different where the staff were sitting at tables with laptop. Breakfast was poor, we were put in the bar lounge with tables which were too low sot we couldn't put our knees under.

Location to centre of Bournemouth was great. The apartment round the back of the hotel was nice and spacious.

Perhaps the fridge was a little too loud.

The room was very clean The matress and bed were superb. VERY comfortable bed. I couldn't fault anything about the room, but maybe, if I had to, perhaps the fridge was a little too loud. Breakfast was very good and we appreciated the chance to eat at 7:30.
