Close to car park, arena we were visiting for Andre Rieu concert, and Dominoes pizza place.

In one word - breakfast! It was complete mayhem. One guy cooking one sausage at a time; understaffed so dirty tables remained full of previous occupants breakfasts; no glasses for orange juice and no mugs for the coffee; breakfast was cold by the time we waited for specific items; overall, disappointing and lots of unsatisfied customers. And just to top it off, I’ve had suspected food poisoning from not fully cooked sausages and have had to take 2 days off work because of the symptoms - for which will be unpaid!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee machine in the foyer was also an excellent extra. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast was dismal, there needed to be more staff to cope with guests as they turned up for there meal, the chap cooking fried 4 slices of bacon at a time when there were 6/7 guests waiting, most got no sausages and when they did they were white and looked uncooked

The reception staff were helpful polite and explained where our room was and how to get there, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and most surprising there were no loud guests

Very clean and modern room. Well insulated against street noise. Complimentary coffee available in reception area. Excellent location for Grand theatre, arena and shopping. Generous discount for parking in Citipark multi storey Chef kindly made poached eggs when only scrambled were available

Breakfast wasn’t great.

Very well appointed and clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast- not great to be honest. The world’s cheapest sausages. Scrambled eggs were just wrong. In need to teach the staff how to cook an English breakfast. A great touch was the free coffee in the reception. Really good and a hit with the guests. That alone would keep me coming back.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was very hard - but this could be personal preference.

Great location, within walking distance of Leeds city centre. Good value for money. Simple and modern. Friendly staff.

Not prepared for large influx of visitors in the breakfast room. No mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, no bread or yogurt or marmalade. Not enough staff all working hard but not prepared.

Finding the Citipark in an unfamiliar city. Used satnav but it sent me into the centre not the inner ring road. Breakfast area was chaotic with a queue to find seats and only one staff member trying to do everything, so we didn’t bother waiting and just had a coffee from the hospitality area in Reception.

Location, near to the Arena where we attended a concert. Room was quite spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had the best and easiest to use shower that I’ve come across. Large TV was nice too.

Great hotel - good rooms and perfect location for arena - literally 5 mins walk. Right on top of shopping mall with restaurants supermarket and shops. Even car park right next door and you can stop outside to unload. Excellent stay. Thank you.

My husband would have liked complementary biscuits as well as the tea and coffee provided. No other complaints.

Great location for the First Direct Arena and car park. Very comfortable room well equipped. Very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The discount for the car park was really good as parking is expensive in Leeds. Would definitely use it again.
