The location is very rural with lots of wildlife (Deer, Cuckoo, Pheasants etc). Only around 10 minutes from the A11. A perfect place to sit quietly in the evening and watch it all happen around you.

The muddy, very bumpy, and pot holed access track was a bit challenging. I was concerned about the impact of driving along it on my small car. My stay was for 5 nights, and I was using the hut as a base to meet up with friends and family in Norwich. I ended up parking in a nearby country lane and then walking back to the hut each evening as I was worried about damaging my car by driving on the track. Unfortunately, the underfloor heating wasn't working during my stay, and there was no alternative form of heating other than a heated towel rail in the shower room.

The hut itself was beautiful and comfortable with everything I needed and a wonderful view across fields and woodland. I enjoyed watching a herd of deer outside my window one morning and sitting outside the hut. The shower was lovely. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Take care on bumpy track to venue, but it is worth it.

The amazing view. Woke up to see a herd of deer. Feels like you are miles from anywhere. Even the sounds from the Lotus track could not intrude..

Couldn't get the bathroom door open easily, and the main door got stuck a few times!

Our 2nd stay 😊 it was perfect ! Already about to book another night in march. So beautiful & peaceful. towels,tea,coffee,sugar,little bottle of milk provided,and kitchen essentials. Cosy little hut👌🏼 Perfect location. Lookjng forward to visiting again !

Nothing at all!

This shepherds hut was absolutely beautiful. The location was amazing, short drive down a bumpy dirty track but was nothing as bad as everyone made out to be! Very easy to get checked in and out. Beautiful scenery surrounding the hut. Inside the layout was great, lots of space with a fully equipped kitchen, containing essentials such as a guide of things to do, places to eat, and milk, tea, coffee, water, and firewood. I loved how it also had a sofa and a dining table and still lots of space. Bathroom was very modern and very clean! It rained when we woke up however it was so beautiful opening the window whilst in bed and listening to the wildlife and rain through the rolling fields. The heated floor was a lovely touch to keep us warm in the December months. I definitely recommend and will be staying again in the summer months!

The fact the firepit didnt have a cover over it..the pit was wet from the rain earlier on so we unfortunately couldnt use the fire atall which was a shame.couldnt sit outside as was pitch black. Definitely take your own kindle for firepit aswell

Lovely location.. very quiet & peaceful . Cute little hut,beautiful & comfortable . Lovely & warm ,heating on on our arrival. Very cosy. We are definitely returning again very soon. We loved it!

Only downside was the lane getting to the property. Half way down quite lumpy n muddy. Looks lot worse then it is, just take it slow .

The uniqueness of the building, its like a tardis. Much bigger inside then what it looks outside. Also the where it is. Very quiet, lovely view.

Only down side was the lane leading to the cabin, very bumpy and pot holed but it didn’t help we stayed on a weekend with local flooding.

Such a beautiful cabin, modern stylish interior in the most stunning setting. Has all the things you need for a cosy break away. Loved the stable door, beautiful place to watch the world pass by.

It was a little cold in the evening and at night, but we are just at the time of year when the weather is turning, so once the heating is adjusted to the right level it will be perfectly cosy.
