Not enough cooking utensils Only 1 teaspoon Kettle was awful! No way of opening windows unless you're extremely tall, so ventilation only by opening doors. Garden tools left lying around No welcome pack - No local or accommodation info, no basics such as milk provided

Location great for Canterbury, with excellent park and ride service very close. Grounds were lovely. Accommodation was comfortable

Had our room upgraded, lovely accommodation in barn 3. The best place we have ever stayed and for once we’re not left feeling dissatisfied Book this place! It’s pretty, and only a 10 min drive from centre of Canterbury. Perfect get away. Thanks so much

The location of Iffin Farmhouse is simply superb, hidden away near Canterbury we had a fantastic one night stay. The room was clean, adorable and the view was beautiful. The woman who greeted us was very helpful and we would happily go back if we were in the area again!

Everything was great

Beautiful farmhouse, comfortable accommodation with all the amenities. Very friendly hosts. The garden is very well kept and the donkey and pony in the front lawn was a welcome bonus.My daughter loved petting them.

Knowing the location of the room in which we were booked. Host said it was the Classic Double but did not mention that it was called the Green Room.

It was perfect

A beautiful farmhouse tucked away in green Kent, room comfortable clean and so so quiet, the only sound a rooster telling us that it was time to pack to get our early ferry to Calais. Btw, the port of Dover is just 20 minutes away. I would have stayed longer and explore more!

Lovely location, very peaceful. Very charming building, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We were given some eggs from the farm chickens which were delicious. Would happily stay here again.

£10 for taxi into town or 50 minute walk, but well worth it to stay in such a nice place.

Beautiful big garden. Welcoming hosts. Great breakfast place close - Saucy Flo’s Lovely local pub - the Granville Nice room Plus the hosts have an amazing dog called Nutmeg who we loved.

The only little negative was a few ants in the kitchen/lounge area but not really a big issue. It's a good 45 minutes walk into town along mostly narrow roads but on a nice day this is ok if you don't mind the occasional passing car.

The logs supplied weren’t very thick and burnt through very fast. Some proper sized logs would be better. Noise from trees behind in the wind was noisy at night. These could do with a trim as it kept us awake.

Great area, less than 10 minutes drive to Canterbury but still right in the countryside. Nice log fire. Well equipped kitchen, you could pretty much cook anything. Clean and tidy. Bed a little soft but each to their own.

It is quirky and the bathroom is a little basic, but a lovely tranquil room in a unique setting.

I was given a lodge in the grounds and enjoyed the solitude and also had cooking facilities and a fridge, which was a bonus. It was warm and very quiet
