We have stayed here twice when visiting family in Ilkley and will stay again. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, very comfortable, very well located in Ilkley. The host was accommodating - able to fit in with our pre-arrival requests.

The key box is very fiddly - to the point where I thought it must be broken when we first arrived - there are much better available.

The flat is really lovely. It has been updated/extended since some of the pictures in the listing were taken and there is now an extra bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise as we were preparing to use the sofa-bed. It is very comfortable and has everything you might need. Location is excellent - in the middle of the town and a short walk from the railway station.

Not so much the property as the 250.00 security deposit which is not held on your credit card but actually taken from the card prior to your stay then later refunded. This apparently is in the terms and conditions which is fair enough but beware as it’s an extra outlay of monies you need to have available when booking. Credit card details are taken at the same time as proof of identity such as driving license which made me a little uneasy if I’m honest but there were no issues with the refund of the deposit in a timely manner.

Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Tastefully decorated and very clean. We stayed here as we attended a wedding at the nearby Bolton Abbey and the location was perfect. It’s also in the middle of the town so ideal for shopping and local eateries - Tesco is just up the road for any supplies needed.

Being on the (lower) ground floor made some rooms a little dark and view outside was restricted.
