We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe curtains aren’t blackout ones, so the sun shone into our apartment quite strongly. Also, there’s a draft next to the chimney, so it makes a weird vibration noise. It’s fine if you have a small car to park at the space, but if you have a big car that might be a problem.
The location is convenient and it’s a nicely designed studio apartment. Also got most amenities and free coffee, tea and milk. The kitchen facilities a very well equipped if anyone would like to cook. It’s great value for money.

Great location with parking, plenty of room despite it being a studio apartment, it was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. It was also good having a small space to sit outside. Ilkley is a lovely place with plenty to do but also a great base for visiting nearby towns and villages.

United KingdomIt was snowing when we visited and as a result, there entrance steps were icy, I cleared this and the path but would have been nice if this was cleared or a shovel provided. The bathroom heating wasn't adequate for the weather, again though, it was quite unique to the time we visited but it is quite a small heater only at the entrance of the toilet.
The kitchen area was well equipped and had all we needed.

PolandGreat place to stay when in Yorkshire Dales. Communication with host is very easy and fast. Place it beautiful - there is a lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped, place is rather spacious. There are a lot of books in the studio, so a great place for book lovers :) I also received very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, so there was no problem with finding it. Definitely recommend! The location is also great - I was hiking in Yorkshire Dales and Ilkley is situated perfectly!

United Kingdomnot obvious at all on booking a no refundable place that a £250 security deposit was required, this was hidden in important information, after booking. following this there was 2 x Photo ID required and multiple page terms and conditions. this unsettled me and ruined my stay. I had a final reminder to fill the forms in and an e mail telling me to vacated the property on time or I would be changed another day. sorry, but far to stressful for a weekend away, so I would not recommend what so ever.

It was really clean, well equipped and was just right for what I needed. The location is great: it is quiet and there are shops within walking distance. The price is great for what you get. It was nice to have some milk and breakfast items just in case! All of the facilities are new and up to date, the bathroom is lovely and the whole place has lots of character.

United Kingdomwe had a problem with a bird that had fallen down the chimney and was trapped behind the fireplace panel. we could hear it flapping repeatedly and when we advised the owners they didn’t keep us up to date with any way of solving the issue. ultimately it wasn’t resolved and this was very disappointing.
