It’s a little tatty in areas, bumps and scrapes…no dish towels…no lifts in some buildings…but all is manageable!

Used this property a few times…great location and comfy…felt secure…busy area but quiet rooms…nice to have a full kitchen area with flatware, plates and the like…good tv coverage…close to supermarkets and restaurants, can’t beat the close tube lines and Hyde park…

Security and chlostrophobic feeling in basement with locked windows !

Would not stay again as security was a problem door open on two occasions and on my return two items missing from my belongings a sentimental St Teresa and cross that I’ve carried about for 30 years also makeup , Thankgod I did not leave anything valuable in the room but I left my handbag in the wardrobe in case I got robbed ! Well obviously that was not a good decision , very disappointed !

They will charge you 200GBP upon arrival (refunded after checkout) to “damage control”, the thing is that the room was fully damaged already, so try to record everything as soon you get into the room to avoid problems.

Bit too small for 3 people. No bedside lamps Bed up against the wall. No lift Accommodation was in another building Stairway a bit tatty. Windows didn’t open Curtains didn’t fit

We had no view from our room and it was not overly clean. The shower was hard to use as either ice cold or boiling water came out.

The locations was perfect to get to our destinations in under 30 minutes. The people at reception were also very nice.

The ridiculous length of time for my deposit to be returned. It took a month to the day.

For the money paid there should not have had broken window or shower.

Generally, it could be cleaner, and it could use a small renovation. For example, the mattress was obviously low quality, there were cracks on the wall etc.The room Wan in the 4th floor without a lift, which was OK for me, but could be a problem for other people.

Most of all, we liked the location. The room was decent, and the price was OK considering it's London.

I like this studios, may be they can put the heating on in the cold days. But I never had any problems.

It’s old furnishings could be updated and a little TLC on walls and entry carpet old but everything was ok hot shower . No PowerPoints in bathroom for blow drying hair so there should be a mirror hung on the back of the bedroom door so you can use the hair dryer. Laundry downstairs but you have to pay coin operated didn’t know that until we went down

It was a little apartment that had everything we needed to cook with supermarkets close by made our own breakfast after sleep in after late nights. Quiet street we kept the window open for fresh air during Ty’s night. We were right on the top floor Flat 1 4 floors 300 steps but luckily we only had light luggage Bed was soft but comfortable 4 pillows housekeeping done on request with reception and you could pick a time that suited

It was all pretty good, not luxurious but if you want a solid aparmtent with kitchen, bathroom and comfortable beds than this is what youre looking for.

The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard and the air conditioning units of the building opposite were located there. It was very noisy and we had to close the windows all the time. One night the workers were repairing something there, we couldn’t sleep until they finished the repairs. In addition, the towels with stains and holes were disappointing.
