There’s kitchen facilities as in the advert. The toilet seat not attached seeing faeces. My room window doesn’t close but there was heating but dangerous. The front door lock was not working access for anyone to come in.

Coloured bedsheets, toilet facilities far from the room, No drinking bottle water in the fridge.

It was okay room for the money. Toilet was clean and well maintained.

First of all there was no TV in the room as advertised and when trying to contact the office no one was available.. The room was comfortable and clean. However don't advertise TV when it's not available other than this it was fine

The room wasn't very clean. There was a kettle, and a fridge, but no cups. No towels or shower gel or shampoo. Bathroom was shared by a lot of rooms and the shower wasn't very clean. Had to wait to use the bathroom, then people were knocking before I had time to finish. The view was onto a rubbish tip which was the back yard.

Good location for our family meet up. Easy to enter. Key box, we didn't see anyone. Sheets were clean, bed was comfy.

It was dirty there was a used condom on the ledge outside the room the cupboard hadn't been wiped down ever. Blinds weren't on the window had to balance them. The doors didn't feel safe especially the shared toilet. On arrival the building looked shabby and they had mismatched nets hung on a wire needs some . Attention but for a aLast minute cheap stay. What can u ask for.

It is what you ask for budget a bed and basics. It was quiet There was tea coffee ect but only one cup.

nothing but door slamming ruining up and down the stairs and shouting gone midnight till 3/4 in the morning so it was impossible to sleep

Better detailed description on rooms and facilities creating a more accurate image, the stay was alright but did not meet expectations

I though it was 2 shared rooms of a house but actually had alot more rooms. It was alright for the price but I expected more. Otherwise the overall experience was okay, maybe clear details in description would help in expectations. Thank you

TV was not working and it was very dirty. Used coffee cups was left as is without cleaning. There was no drinking water available. Stinky rooms.

What didn’t like is that there was not canteen to sit down and have a meal. for the price paid for the room they should have provided a canteen. another thing was the room it was too small for two people.

was unable to have a proper wash as water pressure went faulty ( I reported but could be resolver until after my evening appointment). The cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t too bad with cleaning materials (e.g. bleach made available) the bedroom decoration and features could be much neater/tidier( pictures on the floor) and older fixtures marks on walls. also, no hangers in the wardrobe, no tea bags and kettle with short flex on the window sill car parking was a challenge on arrival , due to local football match ( parked two roads away)

We had facilities to do breakfast. The owner was very helpful cos we couldn't go upstairs because of our disability so he left the door open and use the kitchen and bathroom Thank you we did struggle with the doors they were a bit strong on the lever for us

When got there tv was not working but some one came to do it but still had no remort to work tv no coffee just tea and the people what was there was banging a lot at night
