Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United KingdomThe bedrooms were soooo hot. We were there with a wedding party and everyone’s room was uncomfortably hot, even with air con. Decor is pretty dated and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Wood laminate had peeled off our bed, stains all over the carpet, paint peeled off ceiling etc.

United Kingdombathroom was OK, you need to hold the removalabe shower head in your hand as when it's on the wall its in a fixed position shooting the water horizontal at you When you look closer the room could do with TLC
Room was lovely, good size. Bed was super comfy. View from room was good as so high up. Nice to have a fridge in the room too. Nice touch to have bath robes and slippers.

Stayed for our anniversary and we were given a free upgrade which was great . Views were amazing both in the room and at breakfast upstairs at marco piers .great location and not as busy as we expected .lifts were a little slow at busy times but that’s to be expected . Overall great experience.

The room was lovely and clean and had a great view the facilites within the room were adequate and the hotel is in a great location. Parking was handy being at the mailbox and you get a discount through booking at the cube hotel which can be paid for in advance online.
