The bed was not that comfortable - too soft and too hot.

Staff was so attentive and lovely on 2.05 and 04-05.05 I had lost my credit card and Jakob went above and beyond to help me Tasty breakfast - you can order one hot meal like avocado on toast or eggs Benedict and have something from a small buffet (cheese, ham, rolls, youghurt, cereals, pastries) Quiet rooms available

We travel a lot but Ingidos staff there is one of the most attentive and friendly staff Quiet rooms on the back of the building Breakfast - you can order one hot meal like avocado on toast and choose from a small buffet - really tasty

Staff could have been better organised in providing breakfast and seemed to be arguing among themselves over it.

Room was quirkily decorated, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

The toilet in the bathroom didn’t flush very well and the seat was a bit broken.

In a great location, very central and only a 10 minute walk from the Utilita arena where we went for a show. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and lovely and quiet. The customer service from all staff was impeccable, everyone we spoke to was so friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t open windows (guessing this is a safety feature) which was a bit annoying as I fancied some fresh air. Maintenance person disturbed me twice to change the air filter for the air conditioning system but this only took a couple of mins in total so not a major issue and guess this rarely happens.

Very clean and stylish hotel room with good facilities and great value for money. Excellent customer service. Complimentary 1pm late check out and breakfast pastries included when signing up for free IHG club. I was able to choose whether I wanted a quiet room or one with views of the high street; I opted for a quiet room which was very quiet and calm indeed.

It's a great central location but was a bit noisy outside. Luckily our room was at the back of the hotel.

The staff are fantastic. Right from check in to our farewell. They were efficient, friendly and even offered ideas of where to go for lunch. Housekeeping staff noticed our anniversary cards in the room and on our return there were rose petals, wine and a lovely note. It was such a surprise. Would recommend a visit to the roof top bar. Really lovely and fab views.

Very minor problem was not getting breakfast teabags in the room topped up everyday. As a tea jenny, this was devastating.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety on hot menu. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Location is excellent for most tourist attractions you would want to see.
