We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wonderfully stylish room and very comfortable. Stunning reception and seating area. A perfect marriage of historic building and very contemporary interior. A 15 minute walk to the V & A Museum which was the main purpose of our trip.

I highly recommend this hotel! The hotel's architecture and history gives it special charm and character. The room was spacious and well decorated, with a comfortable bed, great shower and all the expected amenities. We only stayed for a night, but those staying longer will also appreciate tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge, spacious wardrobe storage, and an iron. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre, in a quiet industrial area. Staff were great, gave us an opportunity to check in early as well as add breakfast on the morning of our stay. The hotel breakfast is delicious and generous. Overall a very pleasant stay :)

United KingdomI thought that the room was looking a little shabby- paintwork scuffed and marks on the walls. The breakfast was laid out differently to our last visit and i didnt enjoy the cooked breakfast so much ( and having to collect it from the station where it was laid out)
The room was very tidy and clean, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was cosy and there was good lighting so that we could read. The shower was good- plenty of hot water and toiletries and towels.

I loved the feel of the property, they have kept many features of the mill and the decor has photos of the working mill, machinery and woven walls in the bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, and the bathroom was so clean.

United KingdomOn checking in,when we got to our room we were not happy that we had upgraded with booking.com £10 extra and because we stay at this particular hotel quite a bit ,were disappointed with our room,wasn’t what we usually get on checking in,standard wise(room was considerably smaller)I complained to the receptionist who was actually quite rude and stated we would have to pay £50 more for a better room,after going out for a meal I decided to ask again at reception on our return,as to why our room wasn’t the usual standard which we had in the past……there was a lovely young man on reception who moved us happily and was very helpful.If it hadn’t been for this young helpful staff member,we definitely would not have returned to this hotel again.

United KingdomParking on site is not great, bar is reasonably expensive, a beer and a wine £17, the level of lighting in the room combined with dark decor would not be my ideal choice. Beds are very firm. Walking into city centre at night is through some fairly run down areas of Dundee.
Hotel is modern, well equipped, large room, excellent shower, good value. Fairly convenient for city center.

Enjoyed the character, history, ambience the food and the staff , this hotel rated one of our favourite hotel stays. The feature bar was first class, and it was amazing the restuarant called Daisy Tasker was a tribute to a girl who worked in this previous jute mill .The accomodation was a plus with being upgraded to a suite. Location excellent .

United KingdomLiterally nothing... My partner used the gym and thought it was great. There were also building works going on but we didn't hear anything. My family live in Dundee and i 100% will be stayin there again.
The room was exceptional. Such lovely attention to detail, you had us learning more about Dundee and wanting to explore! From the sheepdog quotes, Dundee woven curtains, marmalade tiles and a Beano! The room was also quiet, really big, super comfy bed and lovely bathroom products. I will be looking out for more Hotel Indigo branches in the future! <3
