Very nice decor in the public areas and room, bar and restaurant very nice. Room very spacious with 2 double beds. Shower/bathroom was fantastic and the toiletries were beautiful.

Chilled atmosphere - lovely clean room comfortable bed and pillows , huge bath and walk in shower . Lots of choice for breakfast and help yourself to delicious coffee .

Bar was closed, waited unnecessarily to check in, and had to pay £13.50 parking for one night in their huge car park! Should be complimentary

However I found pubic hair in the shower and in the bath tub the king size duvet had a big rip on it and was quite dusty above eye level for over 100 per night that shouldn't be happening at all.

Couldn't get the TV to work (switched on but couldn't find channels or connect to wifi). That was probably just my fault. Wasn't a big enough deal to call reception and ask for help

Beautiful hotel with a very "uncorporate" atmosphere (loved how it connected with its jute mill history); spacious room (with a nice courtyard view as a bonus), enormous very comfortable bed; extremely clean, lovely breakfast with a good range of choices, some cooked to order. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff

Not enough parking on site, but car park nearby down the hill. Just had to remember to get ticket each day for the car!

Rooms spacious and clean with good sized bathroom. Good breakfast and reasonably priced dinner in restaurant. Very comfy bed. Pillows a bit firm for me but asked at reception and was impressed to be delivered softer ones 👍🏻.

fantastic value for money hotel. Lovely big bed and large shower room. Location was perfect for me. This is where I will be staying when I'm in Dundee from now on. Can't recommend enough. The staff were really polite and helpful.

The fried eggs needed refreshing in the morning and there was a staffing problem for the evening meal which meant a long wait for food. That is me being picky to be fair, I do stay in a lot of hotels so my expectations are high. Not great views from the room but that is mostly down to location.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, they made the visit a good one.

1st night (of 2) room felt rather warm but I couldn't see how to change temperature? The 2nd night was fine though. The breakfast I had the first morning was a bit of a let down. I didn't fancy a full Scottish breakfast so opted for the Eggs Benedict. This should have been called "Egg" Benedict as only came with 1 poached egg, some ham and a small piece of toast... This came to £15.99! I also had a few bits of cheese and salami from the continental bar and 2 small glasses of orange juice to pad it out. Food was good, just what I opted for wasn't worth £15.99 IMHO. With hindsight I would have gone for the full Scottish!

Great sized room, very modern/contemporary. Great location and room facilities. Loved the volume control in the bathroom to allow you to listen to whatever you had on the TV in the bathroom (I used the radio on the TV to listen in the bathroom) Shower was brilliant the rainfall feature and the water pressure were excellent. Plenty of storage space. Huge comfy bed with plenty pillows and cushions. Nice chairs to lounge in in the room. Great view of the Tay Bridge from room. Staff very polite, pleasant and approachable and made you feel really welcome. Nice lobby area you can hang out in. Navigating to your room was a breeze. Has snacks that were reasonably priced in the lobby if you get hungry and coffee machines in the room (don't drink coffee but machine looked expensive if you like coffee)

Just a couple improvements which could be made. There was a lot of marks and scraped paint on the walls which made it look a bit grubby. There was also quite a big hole on the bed sheet. I got a really good deal for a one night stay but if I had paid full price I would've been slightly disappointed with this given it can be quite expensive to stay here.

Great comfy bed and spacious room! Very quiet too, no street noise at all. The shower was also fantastic! Great friendly staff too!
