    Nothing

Lovely property with lots of character - lovely enclosed garden - only a short drive to several beaches, we also had lunch in The Prince of Wales which is only minutes away. We loved Rest Bay Area and are whole stay was perfect - the location was lovely and peaceful

Close to sea and too lots of things to do,caves are nearby and also a few castles and only a short trip into the brecon national park.was very clean and tidy booked at short notice as we're meant to be in Mexico...weathering UK was slinging it down but we had the sun everywhere, highly recommend heading to Rhonelli for a beach day too .stunning scenery all round.

Road noise quite loud in front bedroom in morning (however not a particularly busy road). Might be helped by heavy curtains as they were light and was woken early by the brightness. Families with toddlers need to beware the bedroom windows are low level so easily accessible. My dog stepped over the wall into next doors garden as its low in one area, however the neighbour was very lovely and said it wasn’t a problem.

Property was easy to find - just outside Porthcawl but close enough. It is in a quiet street with no problems parking on the road outside . Spacious lounge, big dining table (also kitchen table) bed was comfy, property was well stocked with all you might need - even some washing powder to rinse my swimmers. Lovely bath - although the bathroom/toilet is downstairs. Milk in the fridge on arrival and some biscuits . Had a very comfortable stay, and would definitely go back.

I was surprised about the surrounding area to the cottage, which has obviously be built up after.

A cwtchy cottage, full of character. Warm and welcoming, bed was comfy, large bath with handheld shower, nice clean kitchen. Good heavy chunky furniture, well designed. It is a short 10min drive to the sea front. Slippers and shower gel waiting in the bathroom
