Simple but really good food in the bar, also one of the better breakfasts on our trip. Staff were all really friendly.

The inn is a bit dated, but still comfortable. The only oddity we faced is that when we initially got into our room the heat was on all the way up, and it felt like a sauna. We stayed in late august, when the weather was beautiful. Not sure why it was all the way up! But we turned it off and opened the windows to balance it out.

Had a nice stay at the Inn at Ardgour. The room was perfect for us, the beds comfy, and most importantly for us the shower had GREAT water pressure and the water was nice and hot. After we’d been staying in a couple places with terrible water pressure and lukewarm water, it felt like a godsend. The restaurant in the inn had great food and the servers were excellent. The common space was really nice as well, with a ton of games that we had fun with. The location was gorgeous. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. We went on a Friday and learned the brewery up the road was open, but we were a bit too exhausted. Next time!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The inn sited right in heart of the village. The room was clean, comfortable as was the bed. Huge bath towels, the biggest we have had In 4 months of travel. Really great accommodation would definitely rest her again. THANKS

    really nothing

location a bit secluded and off the centre of Fort William but well worth it. Cozy ambience, rustic building with what feels like and probably has a lot of history. So don‘t expect a super fancy modern environment! It has good food, good beers and lovely staff!

With the ferry not running it is a long drive on a windy, single lane road to get there. Replace this with a ten minute ferry ride and the visit would have been perfect.

Lovely old world inn. Beautiful loch side location. Excellent breakfast, good food for dinner in a friendly bar.

Quiet, relaxing, incredibly welcoming and kind village and inn. Food was excellent too! What a gem we found and are so glad we did! Note the ferry to cross the loch is still down so it took an extra hour to arrive but the drive through the rural village and loch view at sunset is totally worth it. No regrets! Accommodations are delightfully simple and the bed/pillows were SO COMFY! The showers are also perfectly hot. :) If you are looking to escape the bustle of busy highland traffic and crowds, this is THE PLACE TO BE. Luke and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the new friends we made at the local brewery were so welcoming. Pet friendly too!

Unfortunately the Corran ferry was non operational which meant a long trip around Loch Linnhe, which was scenic but added a fair bit to the travel time due to it being a single track road with passing places.

The Inn is situated in a stunningly beautiful location and the view from our room was beautiful. The evening meal was superb, tried haggis for the first time in the form of a starter with the most incredible whisky sauce...amazing. breakfast was good if a little expensive. The staff, some of whom were the family who own the Inn were very pleasant and welcoming.

The Inn has a lot of old-world charm, serves hearty fare (try the Haggies Bon Bons, the stews, and the sticky toffee with Scottish cream), and looks over a large Loch. Because the Corran ferry was broken, we made our way there on a small windy road, passing sheep on the road and a couple Highland cows. The staff at the Inn was helpful, warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

We were made to feel very welcome as were our dogs. The Inn is comfortable with excellent views over the water. There is a comfortable residents lounge which is near the bar if you want to get a drink. Food is good and the inn is very handy for the ferry. We recommend without hesitation.
