If had to pick, a little noisy late at night as right near a bar. Fine with me, might bother others. Could do with shelves / trays in the oven if wanting to cook. Bulb missing in living room lamp.

Nice spacious apartment. Loved the Juliette balcony’s and the fact it has 2 bathrooms. Good location and very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy parking.

The deposit of either £150-£200 I didn’t notice that on the booking but just worth being aware of and it takes quite a while to get back.

The door to the apartment moved every time someone else left their apartment and made us jump a couple of times!

The room was a bit dusty in places and the couches weren't super comfortable. But other than that it was fantastic.

Location was good - roughly 10 min walk from the station/main area. Had a Tesco practically next door which was great. Beds were very comfy and both rooms had bathrooms! Living area was great too. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but they looked clean and well kept. Wifi was great as well!

About Excellent central location, great parking, matched the description perfectly. Staff very helpful. Some reports about noise at nights but I have experienced much worse and our apartment overlooked the street (on a Sat night) dont let that let that put you off. Great location

Check out time is 10:00am which isn’t great. You have to pay extra to stay later. £200 safety deposit required but is not mentioned during the booking.

The flat was perfect, however the issues we had were out of the control of the landlord of the flat we stayed in. The people living in the other flats were incredibly noisy and screaming at unsociable hours, and weren't respectful of others. Plus, when you come into the building, you can't help but smell the stench of cigarrettes and drugs that people have smoked in the building.

The flat and services were very good. The flat was clean and tidy and was situated in a very good area of Birmingham's 'China Town', and very close to the Hippodrome.

Impossible to finished with either Google or the address on Booking.com. The attendant had to meet us at a nearby shop and take us too the location. This waste of our time trying to find it and a waste of his time coming to get us.

Double glazing was poor and so outside noise disturbed a lot while trying to sleep. Doors slamming shut in other apartments also disturbed. Apartment looked tired especially main bathroom. Bathrooms need a fan as can get stuffy and smelly.

Location was very good, and the secure parking was a bonus, was only a 10 minute walk from the bullring, lots of restaurants and pubs around you. Was also a tesco express right opposite.

Wasn't entirely aware that there would be a deposit on arrival, so that was a surprise, but potentially my own doing for not reading the terms. The deposit amount itself felt excessive as the stay was c.£200 and the deposit was too. Took a couple days to be returned and just at the point of querying where the refund was it arrived in my bank account. Noisy pub nearby going until the late hours, but not a big concern. Some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom especially which smelt a little damp

Location was in easy walking distance of the city. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space and all you'd expect for an apartment. Local grocery store too which was very convenient. Smart TV and excellent broadband to go with. Would have probably liked a couple of provisions in the kitchen - beyond the tea and coffee - to make it an excellent stay

Pictures are not of the actual property stayed in, probably showroom brochure pictures from when they were originally built. The communal area in the building is filthy. It looks like the hallway carpet has never been washed. The building owners need to sort this, not the fault of the apartment owner, but needs to be mentioned. The only complaint I had was that there were no oven shelves or oven trays to cook food on.

Great location, very central to everything in the city. Spacious apartment. Nice and clean inside. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend it, and I would stay again.

Noise level from outside, even with the windows shut, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a problem with its drainage - sink slow to empty, shower head in one position. Other than that a good room

Unfortunately, although the oven worked, the shelf was missing, as were any oven trays, so we couldn't cook what we planned for the children.

We were met near the property as arranged, shown to the flat and told a little about the place. The property is very central and ideal to discover lots of sights in Birmingham. There is a Tesco Metro across the road, which was very handy.

Location close to a Club so it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Heating was not functioning in one of the rooms and one bathroom. The equipment should have some short instructions how to use the. The process of returning the 200£ deposit was rather unusual, but everything worked-out just fine

No real issues...not a 'luxury' apartment, but it doesn't pretend to be (nor advertise that it is)! Just a very good value place to stay in the city
