A very comfortable, nice place but needs to get communication Internet into the 21st century.

There isn't any internet coverage and I was unable to work in my room. I couldn't even make a phone call until I left the area. I think that this is the only downfall of the hotel and will Put business visitors off from returning.

Dinner was simple but very tasty. The room wasn't designed for 6ft plus individuals and I had to crouch down in most parts of the room. The bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice and excellent value for money and very good service.

The room was warm, you could slide the window just a bit up to get fresh air, but then it was noisy from the road and birds fights very early in the morning. The shower drainage was clogged, the shower cabin was very small and warm.

Very facilitating staff. Good size room. I would suggest to pre-order your breakfast in the evening, it took a bit time before they served it. Breakfast was good. Nice pub/restaurant downstairs, the beef/merlot pie was amazing. It could be very noisy inside the pub though. Convenient parking even for a van. Very close by NEC/Birmingham.

Considering the price of the room, I would’ve expected to have at least a Continental breakfast offered as part of the price, but unfortunately not

Fantastic stuff, beautiful bedrooms and it was very clean

Service behind the bar was painfully slow however when our food arrived it was hot and tasty. Absolutely no Wi-Fi connection whatsoever.

There was no lift. Difficult if travelling alone to carry heavy cases up the stairway. I was very lucky the young man on the reception helped me when I arrived, and a kind resident helped me when leaving. However I did see some rooms are on the ground floor for easy access, but you need to pre-booked.

Beautiful spacious room with a comfortable bed. Nice bar downstairs. Large car park

The room we had was zero wifi which made it very difficult to do my work. Room was freezing when we arrived and had to turn radiators on. Bathroom could do with an overhaul.

The rooms were clean with a good decor but most importantly the bar and restaurant were fantastic - excellent value for money and the food was fantastic. The scallops and the lamb rump in particular were beautiful and so to the cheese doughnuts! Compliments to the chef and bar/waiting staff.

The room felt very dark wasn’t much lighting, also we stayed in room 4 and had 0 phone signal and the WiFi didn’t reach the room which was a pain as couldn’t make any phone calls and when I needed to use the internet for something I had to stand outside the restaurant to get WiFi signal. The breakfast didn’t come with a continental option it was free tea and coffee juices etc but you had to pay for a fry up and a croissant on its own was £3.50! Would have preferred an option to pay for a continental breakfast of juices fruit yogurt croissants toast and cereals. The actual evening restaurant menu was very expensive so we never ate in there.

Very nice clean and well decorated good location for what we needed, the staff were very friendly and nice. I liked how the room was a like a little out building on the outside of the hotel itself as well so you not backed up next to other people’s rooms it felt very private which was lovely.

Breakfast staff were very slow. We had a plane to catch and didn’t expect service to be so slow with only 1 other table present who had already eaten. When we had finished at the table looking for staff who didn’t appear we gave up, went to our room to collect bags then came to check out and it did not look like anyone had come from the back in that time. Thankfully we had already paid for breakfast so could leave the key and go

Evening staff very friendly and efficient. Clean and food in restaurant was lovely
