The food I ate for dinner, in their restaurant was not fully to my liking…just a personal thing.

An overnight stay for me, where I was able to luxuriate in a bath, eat well and sleep soundly. The view from the room was awesome too. Breakfast was amazing…fully catering for all tastes.

The location was a little further than I imagined...but it was fine

Staff were amazing. We had a group of 180 adults staying at the hotel as they were performing a concert at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the help and support and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. thank you.

The only downside was the bed was a bit hard which meant an uncomfortable nights sleep

The staff were friendly and Ellen on reception was lovely. The room was beautiful as we stayed on the townhouse suite. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely and delicious.

Good value for money. Great for what I needed. Staff v friendly. Really liked the drinks provided. Ate in restaurant set lunch/ meal. Good value with glass of fizz included and food v good. Only slight thing was tea/ coffee provision as everything else so 'top notch'. Wouldn't stop me staying again Thank you!

Everything was perfect

A modern hotel with great and clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location. If your room is on a high floor the view over the city and the River Mersey is impressive. Drinks in the fridge are a compliment. Recommend the skybar at sunset. If we come back to Liverpool we would stay there again.

Got told roof terrace last orders were 2am only to find out after going up that it was the same as the bar (11pm) on a Thursday night.

Very clean and modern hotel. Nice vibe too. Great friendly staff and free drinks in the minibar (mostly soft drinks but a couple of beers). Great bar staff and roof terrace is great as well. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and is my go to if available.

Dropped a note to the hotel that it was mine and my partner’s first anniversary and they’d set up balloons and a note in the room prior to us arriving, it was such a nice touch.

Rooms could be improved Toilets very small Slippers + shower caps should be provided (id sacrifice this over soft drinks) Breakfast was 7 of 10 Improve table service + enhance Breakfast (smoothies, country brown bread, ginger shots etc) We liked more than we didn't like. Very enjoyable stay and will be back. These are some light cosmetic and cheap changes that would improve a lot
