If I were to be overly critical, I would say the showers could do with an upgrade

Very clean and modern, the views of the docks were incredible! The staff were very helpful even when I took a wrong turn and ended up in the service staircase! Would highly recommend

Check in agent told us our room was on the 12th floor. Off we went. Couldn't get lift to work. Back to desk. We then realised we were on the 11th floor. Stress was not needed!

The view of the river. We watched our cruise ship dock right in front of us. Room comfy and shower fabulous.

Television in room didn't work properly, we did let front desk employees know. Did assist and tried rebooting the tv. However, nothing changed, employee apologized, but nothing else came from the matter.

Location and view are ideal. Rooms are spacious and clean.

After a long day out we wanted to relax in our room with a bit of tv...only the tv was not working! Staff were quick to respond but we ended up going out anyway.

The food I ate for dinner, in their restaurant was not fully to my liking…just a personal thing.

An overnight stay for me, where I was able to luxuriate in a bath, eat well and sleep soundly. The view from the room was awesome too. Breakfast was amazing…fully catering for all tastes.

The location was a little further than I imagined...but it was fine

I loved the hotel decor The friendly staff on reception. The skybar The clean, compact rooms with comfy beds. The food and wine. The reservation team for giving us a great room and a little something.

Staff were amazing. We had a group of 180 adults staying at the hotel as they were performing a concert at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the help and support and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. thank you.

The only downside was the bed was a bit hard which meant an uncomfortable nights sleep

The staff were friendly and Ellen on reception was lovely. The room was beautiful as we stayed on the townhouse suite. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely and delicious.

Good value for money. Great for what I needed. Staff v friendly. Really liked the drinks provided. Ate in restaurant set lunch/ meal. Good value with glass of fizz included and food v good. Only slight thing was tea/ coffee provision as everything else so 'top notch'. Wouldn't stop me staying again Thank you!

Everything was perfect

The hotel was clean and staff friendly . We travelled for a hen weekend and caught a lot of traffic . It was nice to arrive and get nice food .

Slippers and shower caps are missing. Breakfast could be varied a bit.

A modern hotel with great and clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location. If your room is on a high floor the view over the city and the River Mersey is impressive. Drinks in the fridge are a compliment. Recommend the skybar at sunset. If we come back to Liverpool we would stay there again.

Got told roof terrace last orders were 2am only to find out after going up that it was the same as the bar (11pm) on a Thursday night.

Very clean and modern hotel. Nice vibe too. Great friendly staff and free drinks in the minibar (mostly soft drinks but a couple of beers). Great bar staff and roof terrace is great as well. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and is my go to if available.
