Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Retun visit to this hotel because of the location. The view from our room was great. Bed was comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Well worth the money.

United KingdomAt times the staff were over attentive in the Skybar. I also didn’t like the way they automatically add 12.5% service charge on everything - even drinks which were expensive enough.
The beds were very comfortable. The proximity to O2 is super convenient and great to have staff in the Market Brasserie who understood our concerns about cross contamination and prepared a gluten free meal for a coeliac member of the party. Love the skybar and views at night.

United KingdomWasn’t over happy with having to pay the £100 deposit for both rooms to cover incidentals but this worked well in the end as we charged the breakfast and drinks in the bar to the rooms and the holding deposit covered this allowing us to use the express checkout the following morning.
Perfect location for an overnight stay after a show at The O2. Our request for interconnecting rooms was honoured resulting in a stress free stay when traveling with our autistic son. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were a good size. Bed lining and toiletries were of a good quality. Paid an additional £20 each for the breakfast buffet and we were not disappointed with the food or service.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Best hotel ever if you're going to the O2 for a concert etc, everyone else rushing for the tube and you're back in the hotel in less than 5mins. Rooms are comfortable and so quiet. Spa is lovely. Breakfast is very good. Definitely book again if I'm going to watch something at the O2. Did not disappoint.
