I agree with some previous reviews, the lack of hanging space is an issue. Dresses do not do well being hung from a hook. At few more hangers than the 2 provided would be a good start.

Minor point but could would have like somewhere to hang clothes, but there was sufficient drawer space for our stay.

The price was very good for our 3 night stay. Equal distance from Norwich and Cromer. Good shopping and places to eat nearby.

The location. Not much that can be done about this but beware! a) If you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here b) If you’re driving here, arrive before sunset. We arrived after sunset and the drive was horrific. Blind turns, dips, literally pitch black, and that’s for about 15-30 minutes of the journey! We almost crashed into some trees because we couldn’t see the road despite having full beams! After arriving, it was pitch black out which was terrifying as the accommodation sits opposite what looks like a bunker or something. Had no idea where to park or where to go once Google maps told us that we had arrived; it was pitch black. I think we were pretty scared on the first night because it really is in the middle of no where (hence why you should come here only if you have a car)! The next day though, as it was day, it was a LOT more relaxing. We could see the surrounding area, and it wasn’t as scary anymore (still in the middle of no where but the property has cameras and is in a small cluster of homes). We went on a walk around and the fresh air and fields were great! The property has outdoor lights; it would be nice to have these always on for when guests arrive because, without it, it’s almost impossible to find the place past sunset; took us 15mins AFTER arriving to figure it out. Would be good to have photo instructions too because what we thought was the back door was actually the front. Just drive here before sunset. You’ve been warned!

- Well equipped and had all the basics needed! - We loved the openness between the living-room and the kitchen - Having two bathrooms was a big bonus, as me and the second half could get ready at the same time - The bigger bathroom is reeeeally good! - The main bedroom’s bed was extremely comfortable - Big TV and comfortable sofa - 5 minute drive away from a Tesco! If you have a car, this is the perfect place to getaway, ESPECIALLY for the price!! :)

Storm Babet. Does that count? Actually in spite of the dreadful weather on the Friday, we still had a great time!

Clean, very modern, ground floor property with easy off road parking, outside seating, a double and a king room, both ensuite with exceptional finish on everything. Blinds inside double glazed windows particularly fascinating - I now want these! Very easy to locate, unlock, lock up etc. Well insulated. Cosy living room with games (we didn’t use the huge TV as we were there to chat!) and comfy sofas. Very modern kitchen with induction hob and microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Beds had excellent quality orthopaedic mattresses. Very quiet at night so slept well. Great quality shampoo/shower gel/conditioner and hand wash. Village felt safe and neighbours were nice and had a cool car! Hosts were exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, generous with time and gave great recommendations for our holiday. Very prompt response to any messages. We would return here even if we wanted to explore further afield. I will now be gutted if we can’t get in as someone has seen this review and booked the dates we want! Hope to visit again soon and frankly wish my house looked as good as this! Thank you for a lovely stay! I didn’t upload any photos as the ones on the site are accurate.

Ease of access, lovely setting and great location for both Norwich and the coast, spacious and excellent bedrooms both with very good ensuites. Extremely comfortable beds.

These aren't dislikes but possible suggestions for small improvements: Only 4 items of China and cutlery was supplied, if there was 8 items of each it would enable you to still have a cup of tea etc whilst the dishwasher was on. WiFi dropped out sometimes and mobile phone coverage was a bit patchy (on O2) so maybe WiFi boosters would help. Maybe you could offer a welcome pack that included milk (for a small extra charge) so that you could have a cup of tea on arrival before having to pop to the shops. (A selection of Tea bags and coffee were provided)

The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. Bath towels lovely and large and fluffy. It was set in a peaceful location. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was perfect as you didn't have to wait for the shower. Lovely added touches like board games for the family to play. There was cleaning equipment available including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, anti bac spray and laundry liquid and softener so you could use the washing machine without having to pack those items. A lovely week spent here 🙂

There were no wardrobes to hang clothes in either bedroom. 1 bedroom had some coat hooks on the wall & the same in the lounge although both bedrooms did have drawer units. There wasn't an ironing board & iron.

The property was lovely & furnished to a high standard. Both bedrooms had showers which were great. The bed was comfortable. Like a home from home. We didn't use the washing machine, cooker or dishwasher so cannot comment. It was in a great location to visit other areas nearby.

Well presented, well equipped, modern and specious, what more could you ask for. We wanted somewhere as a comfortable base to go out days and this fitted the bill perfectly. Would definitely stay again when visiting Norwich.

I'm struggling to come up with anything except the WiFi was a little spotty on a couple of occasions, which was not a big deal.

This place is simply stunning! Extremely clean. Beautifully laid out, decorated and equipped, and even has a small garden area with seating.

Not ideally suitable for small children/toddlers - lots of square-topped tables, low-position TV/ornaments/plants and no plastic crockery or small cutlery items. There is a washing machine but no airer. There is a dustpan and brush but no broom/vacuum cleaner.

A beautiful property, immaculate presentation. Many thoughtful details for self catering needs i.e. basic extras such as salt and pepper, tea and coffee, hot chocolate, sugar etc. Bathrooms with ample shampoo, liquid soap etc. A great location for Aylsham where we needed to be for a very special family event.
