The fact there was a few kids slamming doors at 7,8am in morning i do understand wasnt hotels fault but no one wanted to tell them to stop .they also knocked our door at 830 same morning as we were there for my mums 80th birthday and had no kids this was nippy .however we could not have faulted hotel other wise (maybe just deal with the parents instead of asking if we had spoke to them when wasnt our job to do so thanks )

The hotel was lovely clean and great location bus stop over the road straight to town center .staff are lovely Especially the house keeper and his staff friendly and nothings to much trouble bar staff were also lovely .

We have stayed a few times and we have never been disappointed. 3 staff members stand out in excellence. Guy behind bar with a beard. Guy with Red hair behind bar( been there a while) and the most pleasent waiter ( indian) that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. When you have 3 stand out members of staff you are doing something right......

wasn’t much around. drive far to get to places. staff weren’t that friendly. Weren’t very helpful and forgot when we asked for help had to call a few times to get an answer. staff delivering room service was very rude and pushed past me to get into the room.

Front desk friendly. We ate in the bar bc we didn't have a restaurant reservation. Turned out to be an ok thing as they had the TVs on and we learned of the Queen's death and soon as the news was televised. Our only issues involved the fact that we stayed two nights. Housekeeping tidied our room after the first night but did not replace soiled towels we wanted refreshed. They also did not replenish the instant coffee packets. These were minor inconveniences.

Receptionist on arrival was not very welcoming. Hotel seemed quiet but yet was given very small room.over the.kitchen , with fans running constantly outside the window. Breakfast disappointing.

It is quite close to a busy main road so traffic noise is inevitable. The bed was also quite small (and we are small people) so often resulted in sleeping close to the edge.

Unfortunately the hot water took absolutely ages to reach the room for some reason ,we had to run the hot tap for at least 5 minutes for the water to be bearable or brave a cold shower , felt guilty about the waist of water . We were room only and when we enquired about paying for breakfast in advance we were told that there was no need and to just turn up in the morning and pay on the day . Did this just the once and found it very expensive . Make sure breakfast is included. Paying for each individual item not good .

Nice room had just been refurbished, so everything was new . The bar was a nice friendly place had a nice pizza and a pint.

I could not fault anything during my stay.

Wish I'd known about this hotel 8 years ago as I frequently travel to Northern Ireland for business. It was a breath of fresh air at every point from staff who are very helpful, room (which gets serviced), bar & restaurant with great menu and car park. Location is within a reasonable distance from the city but very nice to be in a location just outside the city.

Very friendly breakfast staff, and a barman in the evening friendly, with a sense of humour. Also the night receptionist was friendly and helpful when we arrived at 2.30 am , much appreciated as we had come from a wedding reception nearby. .
