There was no shower in our bathroom.just a bath. Not ideal if taking teenager girls. My mum stayed in another room and the shower wasn't fit for purpose. Needle thin rain droplets never seen anything like it. Clearly a water pressure problem. We couldn't use it.

Overall not bad place to stay. I would stay again.

The main thing was the beds weren’t too bad, pretty comfy and a hot shower. It was very close to the seafront so 2 min walk and you’re at the pier and surrounding amusements.

Could hear everything through the walls. Room next door we’re having a party til gone 3am which kept us up.

Good location, room was small but really cosy and the bed was really comfortable - as it was a cold evening the heating worked a treat! Lady on reception desk was very helpful, we had to book last minute and she was great.

The bathroom window in room 305 was broken and repaired with plastic, unfortunately when it was windy at night the plastic was banging, which was heard while in bed

Bed was uncomfy. Internet didn't work which meant the TV didn't work as it had no aerial so when we went back to the room we had nothing to watch or for background noise. Had no shower and with check out being 10am it would have been too much of a rush filling and emptying a bath 3 times. Sink needs addressing as it wouldn't drain properly. Room could do with decorating as it's very dated, ceiling had wall paper on it and it looked like it was ready to fall off and the furniture could do with upscaling or replacing.

The room served it's purpose. No fuss checking in. Staff very pleasant and greeting and gave clear instructions. When leaving check out was extremely easy (drop key in a basket on the way out).

Shower didn’t work, went to use and it just dribbled out wouldn’t run correctly. Crack on the TV in the bedroom but wasn’t too much of an issue as there was one in the lounge.

Very Spacious and very nicely decorated. Great location to local attractions. Lovely staff.

Lovely lounge and table area which I assume was once for serving food? Seems a massive waste, would be nice for options of breakfast on site.

Lift was out of order and I struggle with stairs. No heating on when we arrived but this was sorted by the time we git back from the theatre. No juice at breakfast.

Close to promenade and theatre. Decent breakfast for what we paid. Free parking.

The bathroom didn't have a shower or a blind and could do with a bit of a refurb. We were in a room on the front, and there is a pub next door, so it was noisy until around 11.30pm. Seeing as I was with my 5 year old, I would have hoped they'd have thought of that and given us a quieter room

The staff were lovely, especially the young lad on reception. Polite, friendly, and helpful. An asset to the business! Breakfast was really tasty, and although the bed was softer than mine at home, it was really comfortable.

The TV had now terrestrial channels so had to watch catch up channels but they didn't work as the wifi was so bad and weak it kept buffering. Also one of the single beds had a leg missing so evertime we sat on it it toppled to the side with us falling off it. Also the single beds were a bit tooo soft. To the point where your back will hurt.

Better than expected. We had a family room so had a small fridge/freezer and a microwave. Lovely size room.

didn't see any staff at all, the manager contacted us by phone. we were expecting breakfast but there was nobody about in the morning and no breakfast provided. i think is very poor, to take a booking with breakfast included and then not provide anything
