Nothing it was perfect

We couldn't fault this cottage once. Beautiful and so clean and tidy. I asked for a early check in and they messaged me on the day saying we could arrive early which was amazing. And we was so thankfully for that. It was spotless. The beds were comfy. And warm. Had all the modern kitchen appliances. I loved the quirky side were the living room was upstairs. Our only problem but it's nothing on the hosts with our technology obsessed children there was only one TV so it was a fight or who is watching what but once again nothing on the hosts its us 🤣 the back garden was beautiful and we loved seeing different scenery and sitting after a long walk in the beautiful garden.There was a letter on the table with all useful information such as local medical centre. There was a, sign above the washer on how to use. Signs on all draws so we knew where to find stuff. Thank you Ian and Yvonne. We really didn't wanna leave this morning it was like a dream.

Really spacious and lovely house, incredible views, easy to get to and plenty to do nearby. It was really quiet and peaceful too. Really good value for money. Did not want to leave at all!

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine Cottage. It's clean quiet, and comfortable, I wish we'd have stayed longer. Ian and Yvonne are fantastic people who helped us when we had issues with our booking. I'd definitely recommend this property.

There are steps to get into the house at the back and front so if disabled or not good with steps this could be a problem . There is no garden or grass only a square paved at the back where there’s a storage bin and a path . Not idea for young children To play without supervision. The hot water went go cold a lot it could be boosted for a few mins . So showering was cold at times I found this inconvenient No dishwasher .

It was very spacious and clean. All instructions were clear and not hard to follow .The views from the windows at the front overlooked a lovely field and hills . It was a quiet area. Two parking spaces tho a bit tight for two cars .

The property was spotless with all the amenities you could need. It was in a lovely quiet location. Heating kept the house plenty warm even though we were there at the beginning of February. All the instructions to use the facilities were clear and the host went above and beyond pointing out local attractions and being very responsive to emails.

The kitchen was well equipped. The accommodation was clean tidy and spacious The location is beautiful and next time we will take advantage of some of the walks Llangollen is a great place to visit

We don't expect a newly painted white box, especially at the pretty reasonable price, but it was a little end of the season on the decorating in some high traffic areas, hosts are remedying this shortly... They understand how to run a rental.

The House is a pretty modern update of a traditionally built cottage with everything we needed. parking for 2 cars and 10 mins from central Llangollen. Views from bedroom, kitchen and lounge windows all grand and zero road noise (some owls about tho) It was warm and tidy, Hosts are very helpful and fast to communicate, we weren't in a lot as attending a family wedding and related get togethers. Beds were good which is always a rental bonus

Location was great. Plenty of local walks and a lovely walk into Llangollen. Cottage suited our needs. Great views across to the hills on the far side. Comfortable, clean .Great having three en-suites. Ideal place to see the sights of Llangollen and surrounding areas

The house was absolutely beautiful, and the location even better. It was set in the most beautiful surroundings, just what we wanted. The hosts were fantastic, great communication and information for walks and places to eat. We ended up walking into Llangollen beside the canal, it was so lovely. It was the chilled out break we needed. We will definitely be returning.

It was an ideal property for a break with friends due to each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen facilities were excellent for self catering but short distance to many places to eat if you preferred that. Peaceful location with beautiful views.

It's not a dislike but the house could do with a coat of paint in one or two places but that did not effect our holiday at all.

Only one tea towel? Cottage is beginning to look tired in places and could do with a bit of a re decorate to bring it back to its full potential. From a males perspective, please fit toilet seats that stay up when you need to pee lol.

A very nice cottage in a peaceful setting. Ideally placed to explore North Wales. The Britannia pub is a short walk away as is the Chainbridge Hotel. Both good for food. We really enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it for a short break away. Good value and lovely hosts. Thank you. Best regards. Clive

The hot water didn't last too long, so 5 of us coming back at the same time after being in the river all day, the first two had hot showers, the rest of us it was freezing,

Perfect location and the cottage itself is huge, definitely plenty of room to relax in after a day out exploring the stunning countryside. The beds are comfy and each bedroom has an en suite which is very handy.
