Weather very warm & bedroom window didn’t open

Tv a bit small Could do with roller blind on back of bedroom glass door to stop light from kitchen / living room coming in.

All facilities spot on and location brilliant Parking spot outside entrance which is at the back of property

Expensive. Having to put key in key safe as per instructed. No outside light so used phone to illuminate number in dark. But opening safe was a 2 handed job. The key fell out of safe to gap between decking. Don't worry, I used my glasses arm to fish it back out. Heating was supposed to be "on". I didn't like being referred back to the instruction manuel, when this had been my first point of reference. The hot water was great, the radiator's were not set to "on". I know a cold radiator when I touch it. The manual clearly stated not to adjust the boiler, only adjust the dial next to the boiler. Shower was good but having to use shower floor to place soaps, shampoo etc was fiddly.

Convenient to town. Off street parking Decor was clean WiFi Information manual and contact numbers if needed.

Outside light not working which made it difficult to open the key safe in the dark. Unfortunately we felt let down by the poor quality and small quantity of toilet tissue provided and when we complained your answer was not helpful! We've never experienced this with previous Dartmouth apartments, generally managed by Toad Hall and this matter plus your attitude, needs improvement. The TV was also too small for comfortable viewing.

Good location, well appointed apartment, clean and comfortable. Good provision of basic food and drink plus very welcome bottle of prosecco.

The layout, with the toilet so far away from the bedroom was difficult! There were no instructions for the oven. Directions for getting to the cottage were appalling!

Having water dripping on the bed from the apartment above one morning. Not the fault of the persons letting the property but they should speak to the owners of the upstairs apartment to ensure that it does't happen again.

Excellent location with parking which is like gold dust in Dartmouth.

Very few instructions for appliances,eg heating we couldn't get it to work,also cooker ignition not working we informed property agents advised to purchase a lighter or matches

Parking space cluttered with wheelie and other bins - not clear who they belong to. Suspect a lot of absentee flat owners in the area don't know which are theirs either! Bedroom window does not open - OK in chilly April, but I suspect the place might get hot and stuffy in summer.

The bedroom was a little stuffy in the hot weather as the window was not able to be opened so a fan or something similar would be an advantage. A proper fixed parking bollard would be useful as we did come back one afternoon, and there was another vehicle there. The driver had moved the plastic one out of the way. Fortunately we found the culprit!

Lovely and comfortable. Very central so no need to use the car in the evenings as local restaurants and pubs,were excellent. Parking directly outside was a real bonus as finding a parking space in Dartmouth is horrendous!!

Stay away from this damp and dark pit if you are on holiday. The window in the bedroom does not open, which is a disgrace. The room is so damp that the cushions begin to smell and the pages of your book crinkle. The wardrobes smell, too. The heating was set on 16 Degrees room temeperature, which is unacceptable. Directions to the flat are incomplete. But you do not want them because you are not going there anyay. The entrance is in a backyard between two wheely bins. Very ugly. Maybe this stands for bijou? The lights ouside are still broken, and there are no matches for the gas stove. Obviously nobody has read the feedback here before. So bye bye cash cow. The flat is not suitable as a holiday accomodation.

good position in Dartmouth 5 mins walk and your right in the town and by the river very clean and everything there even down to tea towels and DVD collection for rainy days so near to Dartmouth but you could hear a pin drop when you go to bed

Excellent location. Parking was a major plus with us visiting over the Bank Holiday weekend. The accommodation was well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and kitchen very convenient. The location is incredible and we will certainly be returning!
