The WiFi was rather slow and unstable, but we got 5G no problem and it wasn't an issue, hence the excellent rating for facilities.

Beautifully restored town house only ten minutes walk from the railway station. Lovely, warm and welcoming on a miserable February evening. Ample tea, coffee, etc.

Not much can be done about thin walls in an old building or lack of sockets perhaps, but no matter for one night. We would have liked softer pillows.

Good location near all transport services, but far away enough from the noise of too much traffic, even though right on the street. Everything you needed, except perhaps some ordinary tea would have been nice, but there was coffee and we didn't mind. Very clean.

We enjoyed our short stay at Jewel Guest house. The room was clean, modern and well presented. It has been refurbished in recent years so everything is fairly new. Brief encounter with the host who was friendly. The location is easy walking distance of the Aberdeen high street. This is an advantage as we walked to a great pub McGinty's for dinner. Also we found street parking not too far away on one of the side streets. Thanks again to our host.

The rooms were nicely decorated and looked like it had been done recently (Sep 2023). Really good size room too. The room was also spotlessly clean too. Nice little tea/coffee making facility with a shortbread biscuit in the room. Great location. Only a 5 minute walk from the station. Would happily stay there again if I'm in the area.

The lack of any staff onsite was a little strange, although I think they are close by and there was a mobile phone number to contact them. I would have liked it to be a little clearer who to contact about any issues, such as problems with noise from other rooms. A few signs asking people to keep noise down after 11pm wouldn't go amiss!

Comfortable bed, great shower. Room was spacious and clean, with coffee and tea making facilities. The location was central and convenient. Easy access to the Aberdeen nightlife areas, if you are so inclined, but just far enough away not to be troubled by any rowdiness or too much traffic noise outside. Great for a one or two night stopover.

Our room was street level and at 3am were woken by another guest screaming outside our window which then continued when she came into the building.
