Quite a long way out from city centre, but regular reliable bus service. Much more economical than driving in and parking.

Karen and Geoff were exceptional hosts. Tasteful decor, very clean, breakfast was delightful, excellent breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at JustB! The room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed, Karen really went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Breakfast was so delicious and the coffee was excellent😋Karen was also kind enough to let our dad have breakfast one morning completely free of charge! It was so lovely to sit in the conservatory with the fire going and eating delicious food😊We really liked the location - tucked away enough from the main road so it was very peaceful & quiet, but good links to public transport for getting to Edinburgh and neighbouring villages. The Water of Leith walkway is just across the road too, being so close to nature was just what we needed for our short trip. We would definitely stay here again, I can’t recommend enough! Thank you 😊💗

The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was beautiful, a lovely choice of food available, and the setting was so relaxing and calming to start the day. Everywhere was lovely and clean, tranquil, and tastefully decorated - there was no way of not relaxing, and has made me think more about looking after my whole self!

We didn’t have anything bad to say about the place! Was really good.

The warm welcome we got from the host was really good, he was amazing throughout the stay! The room itself was really clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing!! I would recommend just b to anyone who’s going for a weekend in Edinburgh. Really easy to get into the centre as well from the property.

This is our second year at Just B, it is a delightful and very comfortable place, ran by lovely couple.

It was our first getaway with our little doggy and it was amazing from start to finish. Great location with 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to the city of Edinburgh, great walks near by to tire out our dog and dog friendly pubs everywhere. Lovely room with incredible relaxing dinning area, great breakfast and an even better service from the host. Would absolutely come here again and we would recommend the stay to anyone coming to Edinburgh.

I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and so close to the 44 bus stop which takes you into the city. A nice walk to an excellent pub. Rooms clean and sparkly in grey orange and white color scheme. Good choice of a healthy breakfast to start the day or a sack breakfast for those early trips.

The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and so tranquill. Soft music was played and fire in the fireplace in a sunroom. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit salad was an unexpected delight. Plenty of fresh biscuits, scones, and croissants, with clotted cream and jam. Eggs any style on sourdough toast and french press coffee. Jeff was a great host and his friend helping, Kathryn was so sweet and helpful.
