Our stay at Kara Mia was a home from home. Very comfortable and hosts always available to answer any questions. The place was spotless and so spacious. Their sausages taste absolutely amazing & the best I have ever tasted. We will be coming back

This is no reflection on the cottage, but be careful on the roads in the few miles going to the cottage. Real Country roads, single track with big pot holes. Our 10 year old loved them, so many bumps. Long as you don't go crazy with speed you'll be fine

This cottage is amazing! Myself, my wife and daughter have just spent 4 nights here (Wednesday to Sunday) and the time has flown. Use the cottage as a base to explore the east coast. It is about a 30-minute drive from skegness, but its worth it. The property is a lot larger than the photos do justice. It's modern (great WiFi and smart TV!), and it was spotless clean. Dan and Nicky (the owners) were extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure you try the sausage from Dan's farm, which is so much nicer than the supermarket stuff. We had a tour of the farm which my daughter loved. Thank you for an amazing few days!

The bungalow was very clean and tidy, well equipped and comfortable. The garden was lovely. Dan and Nicky were great hosts, available if needed and if not they didn't bother you. I would highly recommend staying here. I visited the Lincolnshire Wildlife Park which was only 10 minutes away and other attractions are also quite close.

Fantastic property with all you need as a base for adventure and quiet evenings in , the pool table is a great distraction , Bungalow is bigger than it looks on the photos kept very clean ,relaxing garden & a short drive to everywhere . Proper little gem come rain or shine Thanks

This was the best property we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a few as a family, the bungalow was absolutely beautiful we loved it so much! The decor is almost as if someone jumped into my head and made it just how I would love, it's clean and tidy bedding is fresh and clean towels were also in good supply, kitchen was so well equipped and the host met us to give us the keys and was so lovely and welcoming because I have terrible anxiety and struggle with people I do not know but they were understanding and kind and offered ourselves and my son a tour of their farm which was so wonderful 😊 Can't wait to book again! Absolutely perfect! Our dogs were welcome as well and loved the spacious safe and secure garden! One small one large tested it and it's such a relief to be able to let them out without fear of them getting out! Oh and the boys loved the pool table so much! Encouraged family time 😌

Dan and Nicky were very helpful and we received a message from Dan that helped us locate the property. We got to see their Rare Breed Pigs that they rear along with some lambs so our daughter was in her element! There were four of us staying for the week and the facilities were really great with a Pool Table in the conservatory that kept of daughter and son in law occupied! The property is far away enough from Boston to be in the country however not too far away to get into Boston for the greater choice of shops. Skegness is around 20 minutes away and Boston is a similar drive. Lincoln is just over the hour away. RAF Coningsby was around 25 minutes away to the home of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Museum and is well worth the trip if you have interest in WW2 aviation. There is a wildlife sanctuary also close by that has an amazing collection of parrots, Bengal Tigers and a couple of lions, amongst other animals, that have all been donated from private collectors. Watch out as the postcode for this one caused us a few headaches but we saw more of the Lincolnshire countryside than we would have done!!

Everything was ideal so no complaints.

All on one level, lovely kitchen, living room, nicely decorated. Beautiful garden, our doggie absolutely had a ball playing in the garden,, bed was so comfy. One of best places we have stayed in in our travels. Dan was excellent host. Had a lovely welcome pack on arrival. It was immaculate to walk into, and kitchen had great facilities.

A couple more cups & plates would be useful . The garden (roses) could do with a bit of care.

Peaceful & Farmer Dan, took us on a farm tour. Dan & Nicky also gifted us some of their pork sausage. It was yummy. The second loo was great to have. Our dogs were safe in the garden.

The sofa's were a little low for me, but I do struggle with bad knees..🫤

Beautiful location, Rural and quiet. Friendly host without being too over attentive..perfect for me. Clean well appointed bungalow.😀
