The property mentions communal kitchen but since there was no mention about it during check in. It would be nice to have a small introduction if we can use at least the sink to wash the cups. I personally did not feel nice to leave a dirty cup in the room after my usage. The walls were not sound proof and hence there were some noises at night from the neighbouring rooms.

The host was great. He gave a very warm welcome and was also keen to talk. All the facilities stated were perfectly there. The tea kits helped greatly. :) The room was very beautiful and beds comfortable. I had asked for a fan while booking and it was originally told that they would try to organise it. At the end, it was there. It was great that he took care to consider rhe requests. Very pleased with the property. The location is almost countryside and it was nice to walk around the streets. There were supermarkets around and places to get stuff. Nice little neighbourhood. An information about check out would be a great addition when checking in. I did not know where to out off my keys. But everything worked out. Host is very friendly that way. Nice home shoes offered while going inside. Very clean apartment.

The property was exceptionally clean and welcoming. It was a little oasis of calm, especially the garden. The hosts were lovely people and very helpful. I cannot fault my stay in any way.

The location was okay, but consider that you will need to travel to get to the main attractions. This is not the property's fault, they more than make up for it with their great hospitality and the way they care about their accommodation - cleanliness, furniture, building itself - were all great!

Mitsu is an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay very much. Public transport straight into London centre (Northern line) is only 10 minutes away. Clean rooms and excellent bathroom. Beds are fantastic.

I needed a few things during my 4 days stay, and the host answer was always "yes, of course" I highly recommend this accommodation! Good Internet, free parking, comfy bed, and everything else just right.

Communication with the owner was great. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Within 15 minutes walking distance from Mitcham tram station and 25 minutes from Mitcham Junction train station.

A great find! Lovely guest house in a quiet tree lined road. Easy and safe parking on the road outside, also parking on the guest house's large drive if you prefer. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious room, with a seating area and fridge too. Large comfortable bed, crisp white bedding and plenty of towels. Welcoming hosts. A great location, two minutes walk to the bus stop, where the 118 bus takes you straight to Morden Tube Station, Northern Line. If you fancy a walk, there is a river trail less than ten mins walk away. A great value stay, would recommend. Thank you!

Only limited parking space, although there was roadside parking available outside.

I needed only a bed for the night with washing facilities. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom a bit small but manageable. At a reasonable price it served its purpose precisely.

The landlords are such helpful, calm, well-organized and friendly people. Our room was so cute, comfortable and it has a small kitchen, a clean bathroom, and spotless linens. The underground in Morden is walkable in 15 minutes. We felt more comfortable in this house, special thanks to Mrs. Kato for her kindness. Strongly I recommend it.

The owners are so friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. Great place to stay with children as I had my 6 months old. the room is spacious, warm, neat and the bed is extremely comfortable.
